Ideal Home (a 1000 Sq.Ft. showroom) was started during Pre-Independence period in 1944 as a proprietary concern by Kaiyum D.
Tyebjee. The objective was to cater to the demands of clients who required safe and aesthetically appealing wooden nursery furniture
& fitments & accessories.
In the seventies the firm converted to a registered family partnership firm having four partners, namely Kaiyum D. Tyebjee, Zarina K.
Tyebjee, Sameena K. Tyebjee & Jameel K. Tyebjee. At this stage the business broadened to include infant clothing, metal nursery
furniture, educational toys (wooden) and other branded products for children like pedal push automatic cars in moulded plastic and pre
school toys & games. However, even today, our focus remains on our time tested core specialty of providing quality infant furniture
designed for durability, safety and good visual appeal. All this at very economical & reasonable price. Each wooden product comes
with a lifetime guarantee. Extensive use of selected seasoned imported teak wood & fittings which are made of brass & chrome
plated with all edges and corners being well rounded to avoid injury. All critical crib dimensions & slat spacings in rails confirm to
global safety standards. All craftsmanship, artwork and workmanship is by skilled hands using traditional and solid construction
practices. Even the painting or polishing to furnish off the natural surface of the timber is hand done traditionally. Thereafter we can
undertake individual custom made orders too.
