Researchers at iCRM are involved in sponsored research projects to develop new conceptualizations, methodologies, models, practice frameworks, and industry-oriented best practice reports. In addition to hosting international research and best practices conference on CRM, we manage a collaborative Research Forum on Global Customer Management (GCM) jointly with the Center for Business and Industrial Marketing (CBIM) of Georgia State University.
Several industry associations, such as Grocery Manufacturers Association (GMA), Foodservice Sales and Marketing Association (FSMA) have engaged iCRM to conduct industry-defining studies in marketing, sales and CRM. Additionally, iCRM leads a biennial Retail Summit on Best Practices Forum on Post-Audit Recovery in USA wherein participants are senior executives from well-known retail and CPG companies whose combined annual revenues exceed 1 trillion USD.
iCRM Sdn. Bhd. in Malaysia has also been accorded the prestigious MSC Status for the pioneering work in developing various IT products and solutions. In Malaysia, iCRM partners with a leading advertising agency, DRAFTFCB an IPG company for developing strategic marketing plans and creative communication execution. iCRM and DRAFTFCB also undertake digital advertising for some of the most prominent companies in Malaysia. We are also partnering with Robinson College of Business, Georgia State University, USA to offer executive development programs and set-up a business school in Malaysia.
