Motorcycle Alternators |

| The present day motorcycles are very demanding one and for their electrical requirements they depend on high out put alternators. The adjoining picture source such a type of alternator which is a crank shaft mounted type. This houses a rotor which carries permanent magnets for field and out put coils in the outer. The salient poles of the stator carries out put coils which are connected in appropriate manner to cater to the electrical needs of the motorcycles like, battery charging, head light, tail light, horn, trafficators etc.
The Alternator can be a Multipole design and Electronic Ignition configuration can also be designed and supplied. The specialty of this alternator is low inertia, high output at low engine speeds. These alternators can be supplied with suitable regulator and rectifiers. |

Flywheel Alternator |

| Fly Wheel Mounted Alternators are one other application. Found in small capacity diesel and petrol engines. These Alternators deliver its out at low speeds and help in faster battery charging. Some times these outputs are used for field lighting for inaccessible areas also. As they get mounted into the fly wheels, there is no necessary for fitment details. |

Car Alternators |

| Car Alternator is essentially a 12 V system but output voltages like 24V and 36V can also be designed. The construction is a rugged one with least wearing parts. An electronic proportional regulator regulates the output to prevent battery from over charging, but at the same time feeding the external electrical loads. The alternator is driven by engine pulley. |
