We are an ISO 9001:2000 organization which specializes in manufacturing ductile cast Iron. We own an in house quality control lab where our expert personnel ensure the quality of castings through varied quality testing, which are:

Our spectrometer metavision 108 series is used for checking up to 16 elements:

• Inspection of Raw Material and classification systems.
• Repairs of Computerized Records of every heat with respect to Carbon, Silicon, Sulphur and microstructure.
• Testimony of positive identification procedure to connect each single casting with particular heat.
• Material test certificate of chemical & physical with every supply.
• Provide test bar on request.
• Dimensional inspection report for casting produced.
• NDT test report on request by Authorized Testing Agency.
