IH Casting was established by IH Group, a landmark in the hydraulics industry engaged in manufacturing Die Casting machines. The CEO of IH Casting Mr. Anand Desai has been guiding us with his broadened knowledge and high experience since then.

Our spectrometer metavision 108 series is used for checking up to 16 elements:

Inspection of Raw Material and classification systems.
Repairs of Computerized Records of every heat with respect to Carbon, Silicon, Sulphur and microstructure.
Testimony of positive identification procedure to connect each single casting with particular heat.
Material test certificate of chemical & physical with every supply.
Provide test bar on request.
Dimensional inspection report for casting produced.
NDT test report on request by Authorized Testing Agency.
