Subject: A meeting on animal experimentation and laboratories facing problems ethical issues reg.

Dear Sir,

It is warm invitation to attend meet of all the laboratories involving in preclinical research (Animal Experimentation), clinical and chemical testing on 12^th December 2011 (12 PM onward) followed by Lunch at East End Club, Karkarduma Road, (near karkarduma court), Delhi. We are entrusted with maintaining control or oversight of the legitimate practice of the occupation, also a body acting to safeguard the public interest; organizations which "represent the interest of the professional/ Contract Research Organisations," and so act to maintain their own privileged and powerful position as a controlling body is required to be formed.

This body strive to achieve a balance between these two often conflicting mandates. Though professional/CRO bodies often act to protect the public by maintaining and enforcing standards of training and ethics in their profession, and also act like a Cartel or a Trade union for the members of the profession/CRO, though this description is commonly rejected by the body concerned. This would be a great time for you to have a change in work routines as we are confident that this meeting will bring us together to share with some of the regions’ CRO operators their experience.
