Institute for Industrial Research & Toxicology (IIRT) is an independent, self sustaining, not-for-profit multidisciplinary contract research institute conducting research and development in the areas of special significance to industry, government agencies and other organizations. IIRT is committed to develop, innovate, analyse and apply technology for products and processes. IIRT also brings its innovations to the marketplace by licensing its technologies and helps in establishing production units for the interested clients. IIRT strengths have been its staff , a knowledgeable, expert and experienced Governing Board and an innovative management. IIRT is operational from Delhi and all over India. IIRT thrust areas are Materials Science, Analytical Science, Life Science, Irradiation of Medical and Surgical products and Quality Assurance.

Recent thrust areas in material science includes Blood bags, Cactus Latex based products, Biomaterials, Materials for Aero Space Applications, Polymers for Electronics, Hightech Adhesives, Polymers, Composites, Specialty Chemicals, Renewable resources, Radiation based Technologies, Herbal Products, Waste Utilization, Technical Consultancy etc.

The Analytical Sciences Division provides prompt, precise and dependable analytical services in the fields of metal and minerals, rubber and plastics, building materials, paper, leather and textiles, chemicals and agro chemicals, food and pharmaceuticals, petroleum products, home appliances and Microbiological studies. The Division standardises, develop and validate new methods for analysis . It provides assistance to customers to ensure the quality of products laid down by various certifying agencies and statutory bodies.

IIRT Life Sciences Division conducts research on various aspects of Environment including Biological Impact Studies, Rapid Environmental Impact Studies and Comprehensive Environmental Impact Studies. The Division undertakes toxicological studies to establish safety levels of chemicals, agrochemicals and herbal products.

IIRT uncompromising commitment to excellence in research is underscored by its own Quality Assurance Division which ensures that the Institute itself adheres to the highest standards of scientific investigation and service.

Mr. NN Mishra is very social activists and working for the welfare of the civil society, Industrial development honouring the position as  President of MGR Industries Association, Vice President, Ghaziabad Industries Federation, Co-ordinator of URJA (United Residents Joint Action), Co-ordinator, Indian Society for Contract Research Organisations and maintaining control and oversight of the legitimate practice of the occupation, also  acting to safeguard the public interest; organizations which "represent the interest of the professional/ Contract Research Organisations," and so "act to maintain their own privileged and powerful position as a controlling body ”.

We have latest R&D facilities which are highly modernized and consists of all testing tools and equipment. Our scientists are highly qualified and continuously conduct research on the products to enhance their features as well as the quality. Market research, feed backs and the performance of the fertilizers and manures are taken into consideration while developing the products. We have a team of agricultural experts, plant physiologists who have knowledge about the exact composition of various chemicals to produce pesticides and manures. We provide services with all the safety measurements to prevent against any exigency.

Our professionals as well as workers working in our plant are provided with masks to prevent them from various harmful acids and gases. No personnel is allowed within the premises without mask. We also conduct farmers' meetings, demonstrations and group discussions to update the latest happenings in the field and educate the farmers to implement the SANBIO products effectively.

Sanbio-Tech has deployed several testing equipments from the industry leaders to test the consistency of the quality of the product and in analyzing, implementing the newer innovation. All the equipments are calibrated periodically and maintained by eminent scientists and lab technicians. Sanbio-Tech offers petiole testing for soil and plant, Recommendations of manures, fertilizers based on soil & plant test data. We help our farmers in testing and analyzing soils, plants and water samples. Test report is given along with recommendations of fertilizers and manures. Remedies are also given for reclamation of problematic soils, pests and diseases.

Agri Business & Consultants was established in the year 1983 by Shri. N. N. Mishra, an consultant of the Agrochemical. He has wide experience and has contributed several innovative products in the agricultural field. We have a state-of-the-art R&D facility to analysed chemical equivalence, Toxicity study, Lab bio efficacy with team consisting of several scientists continuously striving towards improvising and innovating newer products. We have deployed several testing equipment from the industry leaders to test the consistency and quality of the product and in analyzing and implementing the newer innovation. We have also tie-up with reputed Universities and Research Institutions  to make the success field trial and testing of the new molecules.

GLP Features

• OECD principles of GLP are followed for the conduct of various studies. The Institution employs highly competent scientific personnel, proficient in basic sciences, agriculture, chemistry, genetics, biochemistry, pharmacology, pathology, veterinary sciences and paramedical faculties, with hands-on experience in their respective faculty, most of them being Post Graduates and Doctorates. Studies are supervised by qualified Study Directors and other Study Personnel for the proper conduct of studies as per the OECD/EU principles of GLP.
• All SOPs are meticulously prepared and each Study plan is scrupulously designed and executed as per the required guidelines such as OECD, USEPA, USFDA, EU, FAO/CIPAC, AOAC, SANCO, RCGM-DBT-India, CIB-RC-India, DCG-India, WHO and others.
• IIRT has a strong Quality Assurance Unit that vigilantly and scrupulously audits every report to ensure that our reports are served with the best quality and integrity in the National and International arena.
• An extremely organized Test Substance Control system is practiced, bearing in mind the criticality and sensitivity of the test substances received at the facility. Test Substance disposal is also done with utmost care and diligence.
• We understand the value of the reports generated and hence to ensure integrity and confidentiality, an accommodative archival facility has been provided and strict archiving systems are followed.
