Incepted in the year 1969, “Imco Counters”, is engaged in manufacturing and supplying a wide range of key reset meter counters, 3 shift counter meters and mechanical textile counter meters (production counters) across the nation. Offered under the brand name “IMCO”, our range is widely acclaimed for accurate reading, easy interface and longer service life. These are supplied to more than 2000 textile, woollen and jute mills and also to various textile machinery manufacturers as O.E. on their machines. Under the able guidance of our owner, “Mr. Rakesh Mohan Jain” (A Technocrat), who has vast industry experience and knowledge, we have been successful in establishing a strong foothold for ourselves in this domain. Due to the ethical business policy and business strategies of our mentor, we have carved a niche for ourselves in the domestic market. Digital Production Counters / Digital Indicators / Electronic Counters / Electronic Indicators Moreover, we are manufacturing Digital Counters for recording production in and on machines of:- Textile Mills / Jute Mills/ Silk Mills for their weaving looms, spinning department machines, processing, sizing, warping, printing & folding machines, Cone & Cheese winders. HDPE / PP woven sack industry for their circular looms to measure length and weight of the fabric produced. Power Presses – for recording of number of pieces or strokes Printing Presses – for recording of number of leaflets, handbills, etc. produced Transformer coil winding machines – for recording number of turns Steel strips manufacturing plants for measuring length of steel strips produced Steel strips manufacturing plants for measuring number of pieces of steel sheets produced Rope manufacturing units for measuring the length of rope manufactured Copper or Aluminum cable / wire or conductor manufacturing units for measurement of length Tape or Lace manufacturing units for measurement of length Drinks bottling industry for counting the number of bottles Knitting machines for measurement of length of knitted fabric Pressure Die casting machines to count the number of pieces produced or number of shots Injection moulding machines to count the number of pieces produced or number of shots Powder Metallurgy sintering units for recording the number of pieces or shots on compaction presses and sizing machines Forging Presses to count the number of pieces produced or number of shots Hydraulic Presses such as rubber compression moulding presses to count the number of pieces produced Any other press or machine where counting the number of pieces or length is required |
