Mounting Arrangement:-
a) Panel mounting (with or without extra panel plate)
b) Mounting in open anywhere on the machine:- For this purpose, the counter is fitted (i) on an aluminum cast mounting plate with a mounting bracket at its bottom or (ii) encased inside a heavy duty and dust free metal box with a mounting bracket at its bottom. The mounting plate / metal box is mounted on a mounting rod of diameter 12/14/16 mm.

Essential accessories required with these counters:-
1) Counter Mounting Rod:-Diameter 12/14/16 mm, length as desired.
2) Inductive type Proximity Switch (sensor):- 12mm diameter, PNP or NPN type, mounted on a standard metal bracket.
3) Low Voltage Transformer:- 220V / 18V
4) Pulse Generating Ring (PG Ring):- A metal ring with one step for mounting on delivery roller of the machine. The bore of the ring is same as the diameter of the shaft of the delivery roller whrere it is fitted. The proximity switch (sensor) is fitted oppositethe P.G. ring in such a way that the face ofthe step of the ring is opposite to the face of the sensor with a gap of 2.0 - 2.5 mm. A Go - NoGo gauge is also supplied for checking this gap.

Functions Performed:
1) Records the number of pieces of any item produced on any machine whose production is based upon the number of revolutions of any one roller (called delivery roller) and on which the item is coming and passing over at a definite rate.

2) Revolutions counting of ratio 1:1 or 1: 0.57, etc.

3) Lots / batches of desired equal quantity can be obtained, which is already preset in the counter.
4) RPM of the delivery roller (from where pulses are picked) is displayed
