Key Reset Meter Counter

It is a single shift length counter, which is friction driven and is used for recording length of the fabric in metres (decimal of metre length provided on request).

Technical specifications:

There are 2 knurled aluminum wheels of 50 cm circumference. 2 revolutions of the wheels record 1.0 meter length. The reseting is done with the help of a detachable key.

Shift Loom Measuring Counters

These counters record the production of the loom in terms of the length produced- i.e. in metres (upto once decimal place). The counter takes its drive from the emery roller fo the loom. The C.I. driving gear mounted on the counter shaft is connected to the emery roller gear of the loom to take its drive.

Special Feature:

The model LYC-8 has a special feature. The counter has an additional display as the totalizer. The totalizer is used for recording the length of the cloth produced in the desired time period. The counter can then be reset to 00000.

Special Feature:

Special Feature of PDC-1/PC-1:

The PDC-1/PC-1 model has an additional preset pick counter display on top. The desired length (converted into no. of units of picks) can be preset. When it is achieved, the counter will stop the loom so that the desired length of cloth is obtained.

Special Feature:

The LYC – 3 model possesses a special feature. It does not require sprocket wheels and counter takes its drive from the worm assembly supplied by us. These are mounted up on the roller of the machine. The counter is connected to the worm assembly through a connecting spindle. The calibration of the counter is done by ascertaining the diameter of the Take Up roller. The ratio gears are 2 bevel gears, which are fitted in the box (as shown in the photograph). The diameter of the end portion of the take up roller is required to be known, so that same size of bore of worm assembly can be provided.
