RA/CP Detect ELISA

Rheumatoid arthritis is one of the most common autoimmune disease which affects 1% of the population worldwide. RA/CP Detect is a highly specific serological test which detects IgG antibodies to specific synthetic citrullinated peptides in human serum. It aids for the diagnosis of RA & is an adequate and cost effective alternative to the CCP ELISA tests. Features: - Identifies Rheumatoid arthritis earlier, & contributes to improved outcomes in RA therapy.
- Detects patients at risk years before they develop the first symptoms of Rheumatoid arthritis.
- Predicts future development of Rheumatoid arthritis at disease onset.
- Differentiates true Rheumatoid arthritis from other types of arthritis at an early stage of the disease.
- CE- Marked ELISA kit.

Dsdna Elisa

Item Code: 3140 dsDNA is a specific serological marker for Systematic Lupus Erythematosus (SLE). The detection of anti-dsDNA antibodies is of exceptionally high diagnostic & clinical significance as a direct role of dsDNA antibodies in the pathogenesis of SLE. Features: - In dsDNA screening, FARR assay is considered to be gold standard.
- Microtiterplates are coated with recombinant human double stranded DNA.
- Wide standard range between 0-300 U/ml.
- dsDNA Check - ensures separate as well as combined determination of anti-dsDNA antibodies of all three isotopes (IgG, IgM & IgA).
- Calibration of the dsDNA IgG test is performed according to the international WHO standard & results are given in international units (IU).
- CE-Marked & US FDA approved kit.

DF MMP-3

The new Aeskulisa DF MMP-3 is used as an activity and early prognostic marker for the development of bone erosions in rheumatoid arthritis. MMP-3 is directly involved in cartilage and bone degradation in RA. It has also been shown to predict bone erosions in early RA patients 6 to 12 months in advance. Serum levels of RA patients are strongly elevated and correlate with the amount of MMP-3 in the synovial fluid. It helps monitoring disease activity since it offers a faster and cheaper option to the assessment of clinical activity than using activity scores like DAS, DAS28, SDAI or CDAI.

Sm Antigen

Smith Antigen summarizes core proteins of the U1-snRNP complex. The U1-snRNP is part of the splicosomal complex, that facilitates the processing of the pre mRNA to mature mRNA in the nucleus. Antibodies against Sm belong to a heterogeneous group of ANA which are associated with various autoimmune diseases. Anti Sm antibodies are highly specific for SLE and are thus included in diagnostic and classification criteria for SLE. Our kit is calibrated against reference sera from CDC, Atlanta.
