Our leather products have high tensile strength, resistance to tear and are soft and durable. They also have a perfect finish and shine. The raw materials used for production of these leathers which are further used for making garments, grommets and shoes. They are procured from reliable sources and suppliers who are known for their premium quality materials.

We have an efficient quality control department which keeps a strict check on the quality of the raw materials. We manufacture our products using sheep, goat, finished and buffalo leather for producing various other products. Our QC analysts keep a complete check on all the stages from procurement to final production. Our products are checked for tannage, holes, damage etc. They are also thoroughly inspected for colour, thickness and burnish to ensure that they are flawless.

Manufacturing Facility
We have a world class infrastructure which comprises of a tannery and highly modernized machines. We always bear in mind the several factors which are essential for the production process. Our constant efforts in R&D for leather processing such as up gradation of products, finishes in leather and the development of new leather as needed by buyers at our tannery, have made us achieve various milestones in the leather industry. All true leathers in our unit undergo these sub-processes: Preservation, soaking, liming, unhairing, fleshing, splitting, reliming, deliming, bating, degreasing, frizing, bleaching, pickling and depickling, wetting back, splitting, shaving, rechroming, dyeing, fatliquoring, filling, stuffing, stripping, whitening, fixation, setting, drying, conditioning, milling, staking and buffing.
