IMPERIAL is manufacturing slitting lines for the material of min thickness of 0.015 up to the max thickness of 12mm. Lines speed of the slitting lines can go up-to 150 mpm. Coil weight can go up-to 40000 kgs. Coil slitting lines are suitable for end users, OEM's and service centers.

We manufacture decoiler/ uncoiler used for safe de-coiling of the coils. These decoiler have up to 2000 mm width and handles coils up to 40,000 kgs. They are equipped with snubber roller to avoid the flair up of the coil and have shoes or pneumatic brakes to maintain the back tension. Motorized decoiler are equipped with worm or helical gearbox of Elecon make, AC drives of ABB / Siemens, ABB/ Siemens/ Alstom make motors, DC motors of Kirloskar / Crompton make and Thyristor drives of ABB makes.Decoiler can have manual expansion, hydraulic expansion, and can be motorized per the requirement of the customer.

Imperial's Decoiler is CE-marked by America Quality Standard Registrar. Decoilers can be used with other processing lines such as coil slitting lines, cold rolling mills, power presses, blanking lines, cut to length lines, pickling lines, Bi-metal lines and other processing lines.

Our Duplex decoiler is very useful for continuous process lines like sintering lines, babbitt lines, de-greasing lines and pickling lines. In this machine one coil always remains loaded, just by indexing 180 degrees fresh coil, it starts running continuously. It is a heavy-duty structure with strong base as well as column. Duplex H\head is mounted on two taper roller bearings, which makes the indexing easy. Drums are expandable, mechanically and each segment is with two guards to avoid the coil to flare up. Each drum shaft is designed of EN8 toughened and mounted on two radial ball bearings and have shoe type brake to maintain tension.

We also manufacture recoilers used in various industrial procedures. It has heavy-duty structure; speed reduction is done by worm reduction gear boxes. There are provisions to tie–up the built-up rolls and take it out from the drum by putting C hook. Machines are fitted with Eddy current variable speed drive of big company to reduce the RPM of the drum to match up with the line speed of the strip. At all diameter of the coils. Machine is provided with coil guide at the top and it is actuated by pneumatic cylinder to take the guide-up. Automatic line speed control assembly can be fitted on demand.

Our recoiler is very useful in rolling mills, strip coating line, sintering line, coil slitting line, degreasing line, babbitt line and some other applications.

We develop straightening machines for any type of components. These component straighteners are used for straightening of components of any shape from the minimum thickness of 0.1mm up to 20mm thick. Minimum width of component can be 0.1mm up to 1500 mm. Max flatness accuracy of 0.030 mm(30 microns) have been achieved in some machines.The Component straightner can be is 4 Hi or 6 Hi as per the components.Components can be of any material. Component straightner consists of hi precision ground hard chrome plated rollers. Each roller is driven by separate propeller shaft from the Axillary Gear box of ELECON / NORD make. Each roller is mounted on precision needle roller bearings of INA (Germany make)/IKO (Japan Make). Auxuallary gear box consists of hardened and ground precision gears mounted on needle roller bearings with brass washers on both sides of the gears. 4 Dial indicators of Mitutoyo/Baker to read the up and down of the rollers. Up and down of the rollers is done by Worm Assy and screws with micro thread. All the plates of the head of the straightner are precision grounded .Slides and bottom plate of the straightening head are scraped.

Our component straighteners are CE-Marked (by America Quality Standard Registrar).Component straightner can also be equipped with variable frequency drive ABB make to change the speed of the motor as per change in the material of the component to save the down time to change the pulley of the motor or gearbox. Each bearing is lubricated with hand/motorized lubrication pump to increase the life of the bearing. Component Straightner can be equipped with belt conveyor or pneumatic automatic feeder equipped with Festo make pneumatic and digital counter to count the total components feed. Slides of the feeder are of hardened and precision ground.

Our Strip Straightner helps in removing curvature from the strip and This also gives flattened surface to cut pieces & bring automation in press work. These strip straighetner consists of heavy duty structure precisely machine and with odd number of rollers made of alloy steels for hardening ground, hard chrome plated as well as ball bearings. Bottom rollers are driven and four prich rollers are installed; two at the entry and tow at exit. Pull and push the strip in strip straightener guides at both entry level and exit level, which makes the strip to move in straight line. Loop control system is done through two limit switches, which starts and stops the driving motor automatically. Machine are available in various models and for maximum strip thickness of 30 mm and width 3000 mm.

IMPERIAL is manufacturing Claddrel type decoiler and straightener with own designs which are easy to operate and easy to maintain. These type of decoilers can be made for the Coil Width upto 2500mm and Weight of coil go upto 15000kgs.
