InfrastructureThe complete pre-press from design to plates is carried out in-house using Advance confugured computers and computer based devices connected through an intranet. Files created by our clients or created by in-house Creative Team (in various formats like Adobe InDesign, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, CorelDraw, PostScript, PDFs, QuarkXpress, etc.) are received and sent using FTP via high-speed internet. We have a full-fledged Graphic Design team for visualising, design and complete layout which is done on G5 Mac and Pentium 4 based workstations. And finally after the job is complete we use our advanced data archiving system for storing and backing-up the entire job data. Offering high quality digital printing services, digital offset printing services for books, magazines, posters and calendars.
PRESSES IN ALL SHAPES AND SIZES
Our printing section is housed in a completely dust-free and air-conditioned environment. We have a wide array of printing machines - 1, 2 and 4 colour Japanese Komori Series offset printing machines - in various sizes and configurations that can handle diverse print jobs.
THE MEN BEHIND THE MACHINE
Our machines are serviced every week by qualified engineers to avoid breakdowns and increase the efficiency of the machines. The machine operators are highly skilled workmen who have over 15 years experience on these machines. The press runs round the clock in three eight hour shifts ensuring that the workmen are fresh and vigilant at all times.
TOTAL IN-HOUSE MANUFACTURING
Impressions prides itself in maintaining the highest level of quality, and in comfortably meeting all its delivery schedules. This is made possible by Impressions policy of total in-house manufacturing. Our products travel the entire distance from digital files to raw paper to finished product absolutely in-house, resulting in not just high quality and consistency, but also a high degree of cost-effectively as well.
