We offer premium range of mechanical seal rings that are available in various designs and sizes. Our range has close dimensional tolerance and is apt for usage as a part of mechanical seals in general utility pumps and chemical pumps. We recommend IC-1101, IC-1102, IC-3102 grades to our clients.

Recommended Grades: IC – 1101, IC -1102                                        IC – 4101, IC – 6001 Graphite and Carbon – graphite rings with superior self- lubricating properties and low wear.  These are used in submersible pumps for lifting water from deep water bore wells.  Pump parts in carbon material with higher hardness will enhance abrasion resistance.

The carbon bushings and rods that we offer are used as bearings. These are used where oil and grease lubricants do not work with corrosive liquids and gases, in such cases contamination by conventional lubricants are to be avoided. These are also used for machining into parts of required sizes.

Recommended Grades: IC – 6002, IC – 6003Precision machined parts like pans, boats, chequered plates and rectangular large plates, fixtures and covers fabricated from fine – grained graphite blocks.  These parts are used as carries for “ Green” carbide bits and tools for sintering

IC-6003: this is extremely fine quality graphite that has high density and minimum porosity and is suitable for casting of gold jewels.

IC-6002: This is the economical grade of graphite that we offer and are needed by gold jewel casters for its non reactive properties

We also offer graphite that is specially designed for various types of machines such as Nutech, Yasui, Gelloni and sultize and also as per the clients' requirements
