We posses latest technology machines in our tool room to manufacture Dies Molds that are true conversions of the designs developed by our design centre. Our tool room houses all the facilities for manufacturing dies, molds, jigs and fixtures. Our manufacturing unit is facilitated with three dedicated CNC milling machines with conventional machinery for a smooth conversion process.

After manufacturing different parts and components, these are assembled together into complex equipment. This process is carried out in our assembly unit by two knowledgeable teams of toolmakers. The assembly team is guided by team leaders who are involved in the project from designing to manufacturing. Material Handling Equipments upto 3 ton capacity is available.

Our designing team comprises of a team of Engineers, Post Graduates and Tool Makers, having knowledge of various fields like Automotive, Aerospace, Machine Tool, Consumer Durable, General Engineering, R & D labs. Our development team comprises of experienced toolmakers who are responsible for the conversion of product designs in to functioning models.
