We have designed the Bell Furnace to suit customers crane height limitation. The furnace shown in this picture was designed for aluminium conductor annealing. We are capable of designing the Bell Furnaces for other applications to match your design specifications and constraints.

We offer rectangular /circular bell furnace. It can operate at 1000 degree celsius. Fast and efficient in nature, the walls of this furnace are generally of ceramic fiber modules or ceramic fiber blankets. These are low thermal mass highly efficient furnaces with less connected loads. It is widely used in metallurgical industries. The Rectangular bell furnace shown in the picture is of 125/75 KW capacity, 6.5 m long for annealing of silver bearing copper flats, specially designed and commissioned for manufacturers of commutator segments. We are proud to state that we have executed repeat orders for it within one year of its installation.

Roller Hearth Furnace is been used for transformer lamination, annealing, by using low thermal mass. Our designed Roller Hearth Furnaces reduced the connected load and power consumption by about 30%. In the picture only bottom half of the furnace is been shown and it has been used for Transformer Lamination Annealing. We have also designed it without transformer, against conventional practices

The photograph shows 15-ton capacity Double-ended Bogie Hearth Furnace. In order to save energy and time two bogies are provided, one of them is inside the furnace while other one gets unloaded and loaded for next cycle This is with duel fuel i.e. LPG / HSD Firing System with PLC and SCADA control. The Bogie and door movement is electro-mechanical.

We are offering construction and installation facilities for gas fired roller hearth furnace, provided with switch gear items of reputed make, safety interlocks & protection devices for safe furnace operations. The heating elements operating on low surface load, facilitates longer element life and continuous trouble-free furnace operation.

A 110-ton capacity Melting/ Holding Gas Fired Furnace is shown. Smaller capacities are also supplied to die-casters using pressure die casting/gravity casting of aluminium/ zinc/ mazak.

Picture shows a 3-ton capacity furnace with 6 numbers of MS pots for bright annealing of copper under Vaccum. This is exported to Jeddah. Similar furnaces are supplied in domestic market as well. For commercial heat-treaters, provision is made to anneal aluminium in the same furnace with baskets and removable door with fan assembly.

The picture shows Oil Fired Walking Beam Furnace with ceramic fiber modules. This is used to reheat rods of various sizes for manufacturing coil springs for Railways. The second picture is of slat conveyor furnace used for tempering of leaf springs.

We also offer world-class tunnel kiln. Fuelled by light diesel oil, natural gas, it can operate up to 1250 degree celsius. Equipped with high efficiency burners, the fuels can be fired completely without any air pollution. Our manufactured batch type double decker kiln is adjustable for use on small-scale production and are generally used for sanitary fittings and floor tiles. The picure is part of 110 meter long Tunnel Klin used for sanitaryware.

We at Incrab Engineers, also offer world class hot air chamber. This is a customized product according to the client's need. The picture shown is of the Hot Air Chamber of size 5m x 5m x 5m size, one can maintain the temperature up to 300 degree Celsius. In these hot air chambers, clean hot air is recirculated to avoid hot spots and better temperature uniformity throughout chamber.

View of oil fired Hot Air Generator in horizontal position. The hot gases transfer heat through the pipes carrying clean air. The clean hot air is supplied to oven chamber for drying pharmaceutical product. Heat is recovered through heat exchanger in the Convection Zone before discharge to the atmosphere.
