About Us

Industrial Associates Group was founded in 1969 by Mr. Vijay Agarwal and Mr. Sushil Agarwal.

Our company is committed to providing quality services along with value addition services in every aspect of its business. Over the past 40 years we have earned the trust and respect of all our clients. We have diversified business activities in a wide variety of industries with a global presence. IA Group is involved in key supply chain equipments for both the aluminum and steel industry.

Industrial Associates Group employs over 1000 people and has several joint collaborations in USA, UK, Spain, and China. Our main business activity is involved in manufacturing of refractory bricks and insulation materials. Our company Industrial Associates owns a manufacturing facility in Ranigunj in West Bengal with total capacity of over 1100 Tonnes per month.

The Group was instrumental in taking over the reigns of Nilachal Refractories Limited in 2005. The company has an installed manufacturing capacity of over 1500 Tonnes per month. The plant stands on over 214 acres of land in Dhenkanal in the industrial state of Orissa and is well poised to suit complete refractory demands of all steel plants, power plants, refineries etc. Additionally, the company formed a joint venture with Clayburn of Canada to manufacture a niche product for the aluminum industry

The group also manufactures electric-arc-furnaces and cranes with collaborations from two companies in Spain Sarralle and JASO respectively.

The group is also the proprietor of Associated Industrial Furnaces Private Limited which is involved in manufacturing of aluminum melting and holding furnaces with design and engineering collaboration with a company called Mecatherm based in UK.

Industrial Associates Group’s subsidiary company Unimark Metallurgical Private Limited sources various steel plant equipments such as Air Separations Units, Sinter plants, Pellet plants etc. with complete in-house erection, and commissioning expertise. The company has exclusive tie-ups with companies in China for business in India.

In addition to the above the group owns a wide real estate portfolio comprising of both residential and commercial enterprises. The group company V.S.Finance Private Limited has built a large shopping complex under the name of Kuber in Varanasi. Additionally we are currently constructing over 5 Lakh square feet of commercial and residential space in Calcutta. We also own franchises of reputed brands such as Raymond, Liliput, Titan etc.
