It has been promoted by Ind-Swift Limited in joint venture with the Punjab State Industrial Development Corporation Limited (PSIDC). Ind-Swift Laboratories Ltd. went public in 1997 and concentrated on the manufacturing of Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (API).
