Designed in accordance to international quality standards, we are one of the few exceptions to offer oil/gas fired packaged boilers. These boilers have class-1 welded construction and designed in accordance with IBR or any other international code. Here all welding seams are 100% radio graphed to ensure durability and longer life. It is also provided with hinged doors at front and rear at the ends to give easy access for inspection, cleaning and replacement of tubes.
Moreover its large heating surface area results in lesser evaporation per unit area thereby putting minimum thermal stresses on the heating surface which increases life of the boiler. Along with this large water volume also enables the boiler to safety handle even high TDS water with lower blow downs. In addition to this its large water holding capacity acts as a heat flywheel. It offer lower cost of steam generation and consists of following parts:
*One Main steam stop valve.
*One air vent valve.
*One blow down valve.
*One dial type pressure gauge.
*Two water level sets complete with gauge glasses.
*Motorised Feed Water multistage pumps.
*One double / two single post spring loaded safety valves.

Along with this it also contain burner with a sequence controller and frame failure device to ensure safe operation. Its capacity varies from 100 Kgs/hr to 10,000Kgs/Hour and has horizontal with 3 pass arrangement construction.

Available in single pass or 2 pass or 3 pass design options we offer premium rice husk fired fluidized bed combustion boilers. Designed in accordance to international quality standards, these boilers contain:
One air vent valve.
One blow down valve.
One dial type pressure gauge.
One Main steam stop valve.
One auxiliary steam stop valve.

These shell type Boilers are in horizontal construction having 3-pass arrangement to ensure good fuel efficiency. Moreover these products are provided with sufficient water and steam space that ensure dry and saturated steam is available and the boiler can meet the fluctuation in steam consumption pattern. Featured with an ability to withstand every working condition all mountings and safety valves (two safety valves are provided on each boiler) supplied are duly inspected and approved by chief inspectors of Boilers as per IBR quality. Moreover its capacities varies from 100 Kg/hr to 10,000 Kgs/hr.
