We mainly use packaged dyed cotton yarn for webbing fabrications.
The yarn which has been used comes from the most advanced process dye house in the country and tested for CSP, color fastness, washing fastness at 40 degrees C (3~4), light fastness 10 hrs Xenon (4), dry rub fastness (4 for light shades & 3~4 for medium to dark shades), wet rub fastness (3~4 for light shades & 3 for medium to dark shades) & perspiration fastness (3~4).
We even make available lab dips for color approval.
We make widths ranging from 6.0mm to 75.0mm in various GSM’s depending on the weaving pattern and material balance.
We keep stock of numerous running shades to cut down on delivery times.
We seldom say no for developments because we understand that this is in our interests. We do charge for same in order to recover part of our sampling costs.
