Tensioner Nuts/ Bolts Our range of tensioner nut or
bolts assembly is an advanced version of standard hex nut or bolt. Our range is
a trouble-free mechanical element and these can be tightened with tool/ wrench without
much effort. While in the processes such as assembly, dis assembly and
reassemble, TNA helps to save labor and time. Our range considerably reduces required tightening torque for main bolt
/ stud due to distribution of torque on multi clamping screws. These can be threaded
straightly, on to an existing bolt / stud / threaded rod or shaft & TBA in
to threaded hole. The toughened washer rests on load bearing surface of body /
machine part to guard it. Once located, actual tensioning
is gained by tightening clamping screws with standard tool / torque wrench that
surround the main threads. Tightening (torquing) clamping screws which push the
tensioner body away from the load bearing surface of machine part / body, to be
clamped / joined. Thus the bolt, stud or threaded rod, stretching tensioning obtained.
Tightening force (torque) is also circulated due to multi clamping screws. Appropriately assembled TNA / TBA
remain tight on equipment / machine & eliminate down time of connection /
joint, due to loosening. TNA & TBA are offered in range from M24 to M160 /
1 to 6 - Torque from 13.50Nm to 640Nm. Advantages of TNA / TBA are:
- Uniform load distribution
- Easy to dismantle
- Fast and easy mounting (only with hand tool/torque wrench)
- Highly effective than any other tightening system
- Helps to reduce time and manpower for mounting
- Need less space than any conventional system and are reusable

Free Wheel - One Way Clutches We provide our clients an extensive
range of free wheel- one way clutches hold bracks. Our range has no driving
contact between inner and outer ring, while in rotation in one direction and
driving contact between inner and outer ring, which transmit torque in the
other direction of rotation. The clutches are produced in
three types: 1. Sprag 1.1 Standard 1.2 Indexing 1.3 Centrifugal
lift off 2. Roller 3. Sprag roller combined. Standard / Indexing sprag type
clutches are provided with / without bearing support / inner ring, dully oil /
grease filled, ready for installation, for better indexing accuracy, inner ring
& bearing support is a must. Centrifugal lift off sprag type
clutches are supplied without bearing for backstop, where high speed
overrunning function required. Roller type clutches are supplied
with or without bearings, for light / medium torque transmission. Sprag Roller combined type
clutches generally without bearings for backstopping & indexing such as in
fishing net machinery. The application of clutch is for
economic solution, leads to reduce the cost compared with separately controlled
couplings/brakes, ratchet arrangements etc., in some design. Clutch is chosen
to conventional solutions because of its advantages in operating safely and
better atomization. To minimize critical stresses in key way area of inner
ring, key ways have radius instead sharp corner, therefore keys must be chamfered
on their edges. For mounting, clutches provided with tapped holes on face OR
with flanged outer diameter with clear holes OR with lever arm, OR key slot in
on face/outer diameter.
