Commercial RO Systems |

Technically engineered, we manufacture Commercial Reserve Osmosis that are ideally used for the purpose. RO systems are moved across a membrane to work against the concentrated gradients in an ascending order or with a positive growth. With the osmosis potable water can be separated from not potable water. If during the processing of osmosis, normal osmosis takes place, the fresh water will cross the set membrane to dilute the concentrated solution. In reverse osmosis, pressure is exerted on the side with the concentrated solution to force the water molecules across the membrane to the fresh waterside.

This results in a skid-mounted, fully automatic, liquid separator that can condition a milky, emulsified solution of oil, chemicals, ink, cutting oil and diesel fuel back to its origin.

Industrial Membrane Separator |

We extend our customer a classified range of industrial membrane separator that is ideally used for wide variety of chemically or mechanically emulsified solutions. Industrial membranes are specially designed to separate fluids based on molecular size. The membranes are engineered to provide long term service in corrosive and harsh environments. The processing capacity of these membranes are determined by the specific application, with an average ratings from 2 gpm to 200 gpm. Custom designed, these are capable of producing much higher capacities. Made utilizing ultra modern techniques, it consists of a multimedia filter, a feed pump, a circulation pump, a process pump, a metering pump, a cartridge filter, an ultra-filter (UF), a reverse osmosis (RO) filter (for the two stage units), flow meters, gauzes, air a compressor and a control panel.

Evaporator |

Evaporators designed by us are skid-mounted and consists centrifugal feed pump, feed pre-heater, combined vaporizer/condenser and a water vapour blower. It is a complete unit with various interconnecting pipes that work in place and pre-wired with a local control panel for processing purpose. Evaporators are hooked up to fresh water for cleaning purposes and to electrical power or auxiliary steam to control the pressure of the system. Optionally, an auxiliary electrical heater is also supplied, if steam is not available. Technologically designed, our evaporator use 80-90% less energy than conventional single stage evaporators, depending on the size of the system. Evaporators are specially designed to separate water on boiling temperature.

Wastewater Treatment System |

We offer a complete range of technologically advanced Wastewater Treatment System that is based on the moving bed bio-degradation technology (MBBR). MBBR stands unique due to its compactness and performance in respect of volumetric efficiency. For the construction of waste water treatment plants and systems, these technologies are combined with an "Air Lift Flotation (ALF) system and a sludge re-aeration system in a modular tank that is prefabricated in the workshop. As a fully automatic unit, it is always ready to be installed and hooked up to wastewater, power and outlet at the site.
