Advanced Infrastructure We have a state-of-the-art infrastructure comprising of spacious manufacturing unit in Alwar, Rajasthan & strategically placed Head Office in New Delhi. Our production unit is spread over a large expanse of land area covering 15,000 sq. ft of covered space that has in-house facilities for gear cutting, gear development & gear testing. The presence of a technically advanced production mechanism has enabled us to manufacture close to 3500 crown wheel & pinion sets per month. This has eventually lead to an increase in our annual capacity to cater to the ever increasing demands of our customers & various OEM’s.

Our auto components are turned to get the dimensional stability with the aid of our CNC facility and gear cutting activities ensure proper fitting and matching. Each of our gear parts is lapped or shaved, which reduces the level of friction and noise produced, which in turn results in increasing its efficiency. We are also equipped with a Gleason bevel gear cutting plant that is used for cutting gears and enables activities like:
