Heavy Duty Lathe Machines  We specialize in manufacturing, supply and export of heavy duty lathe machines, which are encountering wide demand in the global markets. For manufacturing the bed castings of these heavy duty lathe machines, we use close-grained cast iron with superior polish, which makes them capable of withstanding vibration during the execution of trouble free operation. The beds are firmly attached with cross ribs for ensuring their steady and smooth performance during the surfacing, heavy turning and screw cutting.
Finely graded and seasoned head stock castings are capable of avoiding unevenness and harsh seasonal effect. Developed from high grade lead bronze metal, the brass bearings of these machines provide excellent lubrication and vibration-free operation. All the major components of these machines including saddle, spindle, gears, apron, etc. are sturdily designed to offer high efficiency and rigidity.

Medium/Extra Heavy Duty Lathe Machines We offer medium duty lathe machines and extra heavy duty lathe machines that offer exceptionally well-engineered lathe machine that are used to carry out heavy metal shaping jobs to perfection.

• Bed is made from 25 grade cast iron of 180 BHN hardened, strictly inspected with Micro level, Hardness Tester and Straight Edge.
Boring of Head Stock is done on WMW boring machines fitted with induction hardened and ground Spindle made from alloy steel
Apron is totally enclosed oil bath system with lever type arrangement for automatic feeds.
• Hexagonal shaped tail stock with hardened and ground tail stock Spindle made from alloy steel having external and internal grinding.
