Indian International Laboratory has been serving the food and beverages industry since the year 1945 with its choice of fruit and food products. Over the years we have maintained our reputation as a trusted name engaged in manufacturing and exporting of processed fruits and vegetables. Our toothsome range works as a healthy add on to breads, chapattis in the form of jams, ketchup and syrups and are an easy respite in the sweltering summer months as crushes and juices.

Maintaining quality standards is our forte that is ensured at each step of production. With the help of our quality inspection team, we check each lot that is procured from the planters. We do not accept blemished, immature and curled fruits at the time of sourcing itself. We only accept naturally ripened fruits and reject those that have been ripened using sprays and solutions. Our lab researchers pick up samples from the procured batches randomly and carry out manual tests like microbial analysis. Only those batches that are as per the laid guidelines of the management, are passed for manufacturing. These steps have earned us the quality certification from the FPO.

Skilled and semi skilled workers for m the backbone of our company. Our workforce mainly consists of women workers who undergo rigorous training modules before taking on the job. Through our training sessions we are able to educate them on the necessity of maintaining hygiene at the unit and ways to detect spoiled products. These measure ensure production of our pickles, jams etc under total hygienic, clean and environment friendly atmosphere. We also ensure that none of our products are touched by hands which prevents contamination.

We are backed by a state-of-the-art infrastructure spread over 5000 sq. ft. area, complete with a modern processing unit and skilled workers. Our unit is located at Loni-Kalbhor along the NH-9 in the outskirts of Pune. Our proximity to the highway is an added advantage to our company as it helps in faster delivery and procuring of products. We have a well laid processing unit where processing of naturally ripened fruits and vegetables takes place. At our this place the raw products are soaked in water, thoroughly washed and cold water is sprayed to remove all the dirt. After the cleaning process these vegetables and fruits are passed through the conveyor belts for carrying out the cutting process. Each lot of cut products are inspected for uniformity in shape and size and then sent further for processing. We are equipped with the following machines at our unit:

Our tempting array of pickles, jams, crushes, syrups, toppings and other consumables are made from the fresh fruits and vegetables picked up from the best farms in India. We give due importance to the quality of the sourced lot in terms of their size, freshness etc. For our pickles, each piece is cut to equal standard size or as per the client's requirement and pickled. We also give attention to the kind of fruits that go into the making of our fruits and syrups. It is ensured that the fruits should not be spoiled or rotten so that the end products is of good quality.
