Tsese Ovens are identical to the Gravity Convection models exept that these are triple walled in construction and is incorporated with an electrically operated mantainance free Blower of suitable capacity fixed on the right side of the chamber for providing forced air circulation. Temperature is controlled by a 3 heat Rotary Switch with an EGO Thermostat or a Digital Temperature Indicator Cum Controller. Provided with suitable length of wire to work on 220/230 Volts AC supply.

These Ovens are the same as Gravity Convection Ovens except that these are triple walled in construction and have an in-built 'L' shaped thermometer. The temperature is controlled by EGO thermostat or indicated on a Microprocessor based PID Controller. Provided with suitable length of wire to work on 220/230 Volts AC supply.

These Ovens are double walled in construction. The Inner Chamber is made of Aluminium / Stainless Steel Sheets and the Outer Chamber is made of suitably thick Mild Steel Sheet (reinforced with iron angle for bigger sizes) hammertone spray painted. 3" thick glass-wool insulation is provided on 3 sides as well as the door to prevent the loss of heat. "A" grade heating elements, which are completely shielded for protection against sample spills, are used for a temperature range from ambient plus 5C upto 300C controlled by a 3 heat Rotary Switch with an EGO Thermostat or a Microprocessor based PID Controller. Provided with suitable length of wire to work on 220/230 Volts AC supply.

This equipment enables you to run several projects simultaneously or conduct multiple runs of the same project. Ideal for extractions, distillations and digestions. The equipment comprises of six 4" cast aluminium hot plates having individual heat controls for setting the same temperature for all six plates or for setting adjustable temperature separately . The temperature shall range from ambient to 300C. Each Hot plate has a 300 watts heater. The unit includes pilot lights for individual plates and for the power supply. Rubber buffers prevent surface damage. Heaters utility rack include 12 clamps, 12 clamp holders and 4 rods. Works on 220/230 volts AC.

The plates are made of cast Iron and machined smooth. The body is made of MS Sheet painted in heat and rust resistant Black Storing / Wrinkle spray paint. The temperature range upto 350oC. Controlled by a 3 Heat Control switch / SUNVIC Energy Regulator. Provided with rubber buffers. Electrically operated on 220/230 V A.C. mains

Housed atop Mild steel base assembly, these shaker is suitable for continuous and heavy duty operations. It is designed to accomodate flasks of 100/250/500/1000 ml capacities. (please specify the flask capacity while ordering). Provided with a speed regulator for a speed upto 250 RPM. The platform is made of stainless steel. electrically operated on 220 volts, AC, Mains. Supplied without glass parts.

This equipment has been designed for flock formation tests in water. This equipment saves expense by putting an end to unnecessary chemical waste. The YOMA Six Paddle Stirrer helps you determine the exact amount of input required to trigger flocculation. The Stirrer speed can be easily regulated from 0 to 300 rpm. Six Stirrers are provided to stir up to six samples simultaneously. The SS stirring Paddles of 25 x 76 mm, (approx) are attached to 260m long x 6mm dia (approx) steel rods that permit the adjustment of the paddle heights. The entire housing is made of Mild Steel Sheet attractively painted. All  the six paddles are controloled by a single switch , whereas the speed is controlled by a rheostat. Double Walled Construction. Inner Chamber is made of 18 swg 304 quality Stainless Steel and outer is made of Mild Steel Sheet finished in hammertone spray painted. The lid is made of Steel plate with Paddle lifting arrangement. Working Pressure 15 -20 lbs/psi. Heating is done by immersion type heaters. Provided with an adjustable safety valve, pressure Gauge, Steam Release cock and drainage Cock and a S.S. perforated basket. Electronically operated on 220/230 volts, A.C.

Double Walled Construction. Interior is made of Stainless Steel and the exterior is made of Mild Steel Sheet, finished in non-corrosive paint. Thick glass wool insulation between inner and outer walls. The temperature ranges from ambient plus 5oC to 60oC, which is controlled by E.G.O. Thermostat, having an accuracy of 1oC. The chamber is provided with a plexi glass door. Supplied with removable shelves. Electrically operated on 220/230 A.C. mains.

These mantles are made of a knitted layer of glass fabric combined with flexible heating elements encased in an Alluminium Housing duly painted. The temperature ranges from ambient to 350C controlled by Sunvic Energy Regulator / 3 Heat Rotary Switches (as ordered by the customer). Suitable glasswool insulation is provided to prevent heat loss. Supplied with suitable length of flexible wire to operate on 220 / 230 Volts, AC supply.

These are electrically operated table top Sterilizers made of thick Brass sheets (chromium plated) or 304 quality Stainless Steel Sheets, provided with a removable perforated tray of the same metal. An automatic lifting arrangement is provided. heating is done by immersion heater of suitable capacity, to achieve a temperature upto 100C, which is controlled by a 'sunvic' energy regulator. The sterilizers operate on 220 Volts, A.C. Supplied with a suitable length of wire plug top.

These Freezers are designed for quick freezing and storing of Blood Components, Serum, Vaccines, Biological and Medical Specimens, Clinical sample etc. These freezers are with specially engineered superior insulating and specially designed refrigeration System. Constructed of double walls, the exterior is made of mild steel sheet and the interior of stainless steel having PUF insulation to minimise heat loss. Temperature ranges upto -20C / -35C. Temperature is controlled by a Digital temperature Indicator Cum Controller. capillary Controlled balanced hermetically sealed referigeration is most economical, trouble free and exceptionally quite. Electrically operated on 230 Volts, Single phase 50 Hz. Freezers are available with 170, 265, 425 and 650 Litres capacity.

These Driers are doubled walled in construction, the inner and outer both being made of Mild Steel sheet reinforced on iron angle frames. The trays are made of suitably thick Aluminium sheets. the Tray size is 32" X 16" X 1. the temperature ranges from 5C plus ambient upto 300C controlled by an EGO thermostat with 2C Accuracy. The accuracy is better than 1C when the temperature is controlled by a Microprocessor based PID Controller. The Air circulation is done by heavy duty blower. 3" thick insulation is provided between the walls and the doors to prevent the loss of heat. The bigger capacity models are provided with Trolleys for easy mobility of the trays. Operates on 220 / 230 volts single phase or 440 volts three phase, AC Mains.

These Kjeldahl Units have a minimum of 3 mantles and a maximum of 6 mantles which are made of a knitted layer of glass fabric combined with flexible heating element, encased in Mild Steel housing. Over and above this layer of glass fabric accomodating the flexible heater, another layer of glass cloth is placed on the lower mantle held firmly by a circular aluminium ring. Temperature ranges form ambient to 350C controlled by a Sunvic Energy Regulator with either a single control or individual controls, with corresponding indicating lamps. The DITILLATION UNITS are provided with a fume duct which is held by clamps (provided with the unit) suspended on a stand having mobility for both horizontal and vertical movements. The DIGESTION UNITS are provided with the above features along with a condensing tank with individual condensing taps.

These Chambers are double walled in construction and both the interiors and exteriors are made of stainless steel sheets. An insulated door with leakproof gasket having a viewing window is provided allowing the user to view the interiors without disturbing the test conditions. A hermetically sealed compressor below the chamber is provided for below ambient temperatures. This portion of the Chamber also houses the boiler with an immersion heater fixed with a water level controller for creating humidity. The temperature ranges from 10C to 60C controlled and displayed with a Microprocessor based temperature indicator cum Controller having an accuracy of 0.5C. Relative humidity ranges from 60% to 95% with 3% accuracy. All controls are housed in the panel on the top of the chamber. Operates on 220 / 230 volts, AC supply.

The casing is made of thick MS sheet (reinforced with iron angles for high temperature models). Swing /sliding door with peep hole is provided. Casing is duly painted. Grooved Refractories / tiles support the Heating Elements / Rods placed in between the MS Sheet Casing and the Heating Chamber. Hot and Cold faced bricks are provided to keep the shell temperature within 80C. Maximum temperature ranges upto 1100C and 1450C, 10Ctemperature uniformity in the chamber is maintained. Temperature is controlled either by a Pyrometer Indicator with a 'Sunvic' Energy Control or a PID Controller. An electrical control pannel box houses all the electrical parts. Works on 220/440 Volts, AC, single / three phase mains.

Temperature is controlled by EGO Thermostats, digital Indicator Cum Controlled, 3 Heat Rotary switch, temperature regulators etc. Other feature as per the requisites of the bath are provided. drain out Valves are provided in all the baths. water level device / auto Cut Off device are provided as per the requirements of the Bath. Operates on 220 volts, AC single phase.
