Itdl formed a subsidiary by the name of itdl image tec limited, which became operational since beginning 2009. While the manufacturing plant of the parent company i. E. Itdl is located in Rampur (u. P. ), the manufacturing facility of its subsidiary, Itdl image tec, is located at Sitarganj (Uttarakhand). Itdl is a leading manufacturer of compatible toners for photocopiers, laser printers, digital machines and multi function printers and will soon be introducing color toner for laser printers as well. itdl is an entrepreneurial venture, which was founded by its chairman & managing director, Mr. Sushil jain, a technocrat with an innovative vision. Quality consciousness, dedication to technological progress and determination for satisfaction of its customers, shareholders and employees underline the values set forth by its founder. employing a highly automated and integrated Swiss/German plant, Itdl has a capacity to produce 2400mt of toners per annum, Itdl, Rampur (1200mt), Itdl imagetec, Sitargunj (1200mt), with a total of 4 lines of productions, being the first company of its kind, Itdl thus came onto the indian business scenario as a pioneer in this highly technical field and since then has established itself firmly as the leader in the domestic market with the single largest market share. itdl has the most widespread network of dealers in excess of 500, which is constantly growing, present in every nook and corner of the country. With its head office based in new delhi, itdl has 13 c&f agents as well as 8 distributors catering to the needs of various states in the country.
