| Engaged in manufacturing a wide range of die casting components in aluminum and zinc, we have grown on a mass level and established our presence world over. Backed by a pool of engineers and technical staffs, we have all the required production facilities to cater to a wide base of clients from different industries. Infrastructure |
| Diecasting Machines: We have 8 pressure die casting machines installed in our factory having capabilities upto 400T in cold chamber process and upto 130T in hot chamber process Tool Room: We have a well established modern Tool Room equipped with EDM, HMT Milling Machines, Kirloskar Enterprise Lathes, Praga Surface Grinders, Addison Tool Cutter Grinder etc. We develop dies at fast speed using Auto CAD, Solid Modeling & CAM (VMC, CNC Wire Cut, CNC Lathe, CNC EDM etc.). Facilities of Rapid Prototyping, Prototype Tooling, CMM, Profile Projector, Flow Analysis on Magma Soft / Pro-Cast / Flow-3D-R are also available which we outsource. We are capable of developing world class diecasting dies. Factory Area: Our factory is constructed in an area of 20,000 sq. ft. We have purchased another piece of land measuring 2,00,000 sq. ft for establishing another factory for manufacturing die cast components. Other Facilities: Heat Treatment, Metal Impregnation facilities are available on specific demand. Production capacity: We presently consume around 80MT Al & 30MT Zn every month and can supply half a million components every month on a regular basis. We can add more Die casting Machines to cater to your requirement as soon as we enter into a deal with you. |

Ensuring superior quality, we have been accredited with ISO 9001 - 2000 certification by TUV. Our team of quality controllers ensure that they procure superior quality raw material from our reliable vendors. We also ensure that all the production processes are stringently monitored that helps in detecting any kind of flaws. During the production process, the products are checked at each and every stage. Once the finished component is ready, they are throughly checked on different quality parameters before being sent to the clients. With our quality mechanisms, we are in the process of getting the approval of TS-16949 standard.
