Sound less Compaq gear box having oil dipped worm gears fitted with taper roller thrust bearings and bronze bushes.
The machine is provided with mechanical device to avoid serious damage by providing overload bolt.
Two row five beams infra-red curtain in front of cutting zones to avoid accident. Back gauge running on precision grounded guides for speedy & precise movement and also provided with A.C. drive system for accuracy smooth and uniform movement.
Hydraulic clamping pressure can be adjusted from 200kgs. to 3500 kgs.
Program controlled air cushion table to focilitate easy movement to heavy stock.
A beam of light falls across the Knife width on the paper to be cut without lowing the clamp to ensure proper cutting.
The storage capacity of the program is 99 programs & each program capacity is 99 cuts.
