Laboratory Autoclaves Horizontal Autoclaves, Horizontal Cylindrical Autoclaves Tripple wall with Steam Jacket
ISIC, inner chamber jacket and boiler are made of stainless steel. Sterilization cycle is controlled by three way valve or multi port valve stainless steel. It is fitted with safety valve, pressure gauge, pressure release valve, water level indicator with cord & plug. Lid made of mild steel lined with s.s. duly polished.
Laboratory Autoclave Vertical
For Sterilization culture media, glassware, utensils instruments etc. in steam finished with cream enamel paint. Inner chamber is made of thick stainless steel. The chamber is absolutely leak proof & can be operated at any selected valve point in between 5 to 20 pounds per sq. inch. it is provided with safety valve pressure gauge, pressure release valve, water level indicator with cord & plug. The lid made of thick mild steel with stainless steel lined inside duly polished. The lid is tighted by radial locking ribs by a control handle provide at the top. |

B.O.D Incubators Designed for low temperature incubation and routine determination of Bio-chemical oxygen demand (B.O.D. )This unit is composed for triple walled chamber with a thick layer of fine glass wool to prevent loss of heat & cool. For lower temperature work a cooling unit is provided at the lower portion of the working chamber and heating arrangement has been made in the inner chamber for work of higher temperature. The temperature various from 5°C to 50°C adjustable at any desired point by means of a high precision double action thermo regulator with in the variation of ± 0.5°C. Air circulation fan has been provided to keep the temperature uniform inside the chamber. Inner chamber is fabricated from thick aluminum anodized shelves are provided. Unbreakable Acrylic transparent door inside. Refraction unit is fitted by ISI marked compressor. Toggle switch, temperature controller cum, indicator and indicating lamps are located on the instrument for easy handling and visibility. Laboratory Humidifiers Dry air is essential to manufacture Tablets, Capsules, etc. Similarly high humidity causes damage to materials during storage as well as delicate equipment and instruments in research Laboratories. De-Humidifier solves all these problems by removing the product quality and production speed and keeps the instrument performance accurate even in adverse atmospheric conditions. Humidity is controlled by imported Humidistate and measured by Hygrometer/ Dry- Wet thermometer & chart.
De- Humidifier is a compact portable unit controlling humidity upto 30% with an accuracy of + 3%. This is available in 1 tonne capacity to cover approx 100 sq. ft. & 1.5 tonne capacity to cover appox 150sq. ft. of floor area. Water Baths Great for evaporating liquids like alcohol or for melting solids such as agar. Concentric rings can be removed to accommodate containers of various sizes.
