Made under stringent conditions, this ever popular 100% anti -skid
surface Plywood is the preferred choice of each and everyone.
This Phenol bonded high density, heavy weight, rigid and durable
plywood utilizes only best Core Veneer and Face Veneers and are
subjected to chemicals to make them free from borer and termite and
resistant enough to meet the onslaughts of water, moisture, acidic
fumes and other hazards.
Available in three grades - Commercial Ply, Shuttering Ply and
Marine Ply, ITP Plywood comes in various thickness and size and are
ably suited for interior decoration purposes, flooring of buses,
railway coaches, trucks, containers etc.

BLOCK BOARDS
Strong and stable for both external and internal uses with an
additional option to laminate, polish and paint the end product, ITP
Block Boards are made of natural and recomposed hardwood veneer.
They are bonded with phenol formaldehyde synthetic resin, hot
pressed at high temperature and are boiled to 100% resulting in a
product that is water proof with excellent insulating facilities.
Further to make one's wall cabinets, cupboards and furniture
resistant to pests, it is vacuum pressured (IS:401), Kiln Seasoned
as per IS:1141 so as to reduce the moisture and finish on precision
machinery so as keep the structure and dimension stable and perfect.

Half the price and twice as strong than teakwood, highly convenient
to fix and designs that will catch the eye ITP doors undergoes
Special Seasoning Process according to IS:1141 and IS:1003 to give a
structurally strong, durable and dimensionally stable product.
Available in three standard sizes the best natural hardwood is kiln
seasoned through the process of dehumidification, and is then
chemically impregnated under pressure as per IS:401 certification so
as to enhance the water repel lance property and make it pest proof
.

- LVL DOORS
First used during the Second World war to make airplane propellers,
LVL is now being increasingly used especially in areas where high
strength, dimension stability, and reliability are required.
Made entirely of dried and graded veneer which is coated with
waterproof adhesives, assembled in an arranged pattern, and formed
into billets through a heating process , ITP LVL eco - friendly
doors are reconstituted from plantation grown wood and conforms to
IS:14616:1999

Used primarily for storage and transportation purposes due to its
rackable, hygienic, nestable features , ITP Pallets made entirely
from defect free wood comes in various shapes and sizes and are
highly suitable for both Heavy and Light Machinery and Electrical
goods, Paper products , Electronics and Tel com equipment, spare
parts, Food process Machinery etc. Pallets are ISPM-15 Compliant.
