We manufacture and supply premium quality Block Boards that are horizontally structured with seasoned solid wood cores and supported by face veneers. It is coated with premium quality Phenol Formaldehyde Resin, pressed at a high temperature and pressure to make it wear and tear resistant with longer life. The product undergoes chemical treatment to make it moisture resistant and prevent it from pest like ants, fungi, and termite.

Over the years, we have become a renowned manufacturer, supplier, and exporter of the Flush Doors. Its solid core comprises of a block board core that is supported by a cross band. Besides, the face veneer, which is natural and tranquillized, is structured with features of lock block on both sides. Commercial or decorative veneer can be used for final finish. Besides, we provide customization in finishing by providing lamination, polishing, and shining of the doors. We adhere to international standards while manufacturing. These are further vacuum pressured as per IS:401 to ensure that the timber is free from borer. This also assures durability of the wood. We also ensure the following processes:

• Wood is kiln seasoned as per IS:1141
• Moisture reduction as per IS:287
• Coated with phenol formaldehyde synthetic resin, these are also water proof as per IS:848

Further, the wood is treated under high temperature and uniform pressure. To maintain the accuracy and perfection in its proportion, it is finally processed on the precision machinery.

Adhering to the standards of IS 14616:1999, we manufacture ITP's LVL doors from plantation grown wood to make it environment friendly. These doors can easily be fixed, similar to any ordinary door. As per IS:1141, we adapt the principle of dehumidification, that uses natural hardwood which is kiln seasoned. We make use of natural hardwood for the production of wood flush doors. The natural hardwood is kiln seasoned as per IS:1141 using dehumidification principle. Primarily the seasoning is performed to produce a well built, proportionate, and perdurable product. As per IS:401, the wood is chemically treated under pressure by specialized process. The resin and wax content augment the water resistant capacity of the wood and thereby make it durable. All these chemical processes insert toxicity in the cellulose & lignum and make it pest proof, thus enabling a quality and longer life of the product.
