We are a manufacturer of leather fittings for leather bag, luggage bags, school bags, portfolio bags, ladies designer bags and belt buckles. our company was incorporated in 1947. In these long 60 years we have ventured into many activities and have for some time now entered into leather fittings and accessories. with a design shop, tool room, press shop, modern electro-plating unit and various types of plating starting from gold, silver, antique, nickel free nickel and a host of other types of plating our finish compares favorably with international standards. a sound protective covering is often needed to give a better finish and added longer shelf life of the articles electro-plated for which an electrophoresis; lacquer plant has also been set up. finally for a business house of 60 yrs standing honesty and integrity have been the underlying tune of the business operation without which survival and sustenance would not have been possible for so long a duration. | |

Packaging
We have designed innovative techniques for sorting and packaging our products. We use manual sorting methods in our sorting & packaging operations. Our efficient workers pack the sorted pieces in corrugated and HDPE lamination. The use of superior quality packaging material further ensures that our buckles reach safely to our clients. |

Right from the inspection of raw materials to the final production whole process is monitored by our quality controllers to keep a strict check on the quality of the products. We have procurement professionals who procure raw materials like brass, mild steel and zamak from reliable sources and vendors in order to avoid any flaws in the products. We have a quality testing lab for testing of various product features like: thickness testing, element testing, design, shape, hardness etc. |
