IA make SOP is a STEAM OPERATED CONDENSATE PUMP. Simple in construction and operated by steam, these are highly economical and energy efficient pumps for pumping of hot condensate practically at 100? C.
The pump is available as a complete package with condensate collection tank, interconnecting piping with strainer, isolating valve, disc check NRV at inlet and disc check valve at outlet. It is also provided with the motive steam inlet connections complete with isolating valve, steam trap and piping. Condensate inlet to tanks and the condensate outlet of the pump are provided with flanged connections.

CONDENSATE HEAT RECOVERY PACKAGE SYSTEMS- is a turnkey solution designed and manufactured by IndoAnushka for heat recovery and condensate handling for any plant.

The CHRPS is designed and tailor made based on the amount and pressure of condensate available with the user.

The CHRPS is supplied complete with flash vessels for recovery of low pressure flash steam from condensate, interconnecting piping, steam trap systems, trap monitering systems and pumps for pumping condensate after total recovery of heat at 100 oC by using requisite pumps.

In CHRPS an option is available for using either electrical driven pumps or steam driven pumps based on the choice of the customer. The whole system is assembled, preinstalled and supplied on a skid and thereby is easy to install and commission at the plant level.

INDOANUSHKA STEAM INJECTORS – THE MOST EFFECTIVE AND ENERGY EFFICIENT WAY OF DIRECT STEAM HEATING.

Application :

Used in applications like boiler feed water heating, liquor/process fluid heating, dye liquor preparation in textiles.
Indoanushka Steam injectors due to the specially designed mixing chamber, provides maximum heating with minimum steam consumption and noise and practically no wastage of steam.

Operation :

Injectors are designed to inject steam into tanks of water or process liquor to ensure quiet and efficient heating of the tank contents. The injector draws in cold liquid as a result of vacuum created due to the specially designed nozzle, mixes it with the steam within the inbuilt injector mixing chamber and distributes the hot liquid throughout the tank.

Sizes :
The injectors are available in three sizes, 15NB, 25NB and 40NB.

Material of constuction :
M.O.C of injectors is M.S. / SS 304.

Steam injector capacities in kg/h of injected steam when heating tanks vented to atmospheric pressure are shown below. (depth of injector inside the tank after installation has been approximately considered).

STEAM TRAP MODULE :

The Indoanushka make Ball Float Steam Trap Module is designed as a complete steam trapping solution for draining of condensate from any kind of process vessels. The module consists of a standard ball float type steam trap for continuous discharge of condensate, fitted with a Y-type strainer with inbuilt blowdown valve before the trap and a double window sight glass with cap nut arrangement after the trap. All assembled and factory fitted with flanged ends.
The strainer (YBDV) with blowdown valve – a prerequisite for the float trap helps you to have a choke free operation of the steam trap and simultaneously clean the online strainer without shutdowns. The double window sight glass (DWSG) fitted after the strainer helps you to monitor the functioning of the steam trap by helping you to see the discharge of the trap. The special capnut type arrangement of the DWSG ensures pre-stress free glasses for a longer life.

CLEAN AIR PACKAGE (C.A.P):

For effective filtration of compressed air Indoanushka make compressed air package (cap) consists of prefilters for removal of solid particles, moisture seperator for removal of moisture from air and microcoalescor for removal of unwanted oil traces in air. All these are packaged into a system completely assembled with interconnecting piping, inlet and exhaust gauges, differential pop-up valves indicating pressure drop limits across crucial equipments and drain assembly for each of the equipment draining installed with automatic trap.

MOISTURE SEPERATORE MODULE:

Moisture separator with drain module consists of moisture separator with completely assembled drain assembly consisting of ball float steam trap, IndoAnushka make YBDV strainer with inbuilt blowdown valve and IndoAnushka make DWSG double window sight glass with deflector and 1 no. Isolating valve completely assembled with interconnecting piping and 1 no. Outlet nozzle as provision for bypass.

AIR VENT WITH DIAL THERMOMETER (AVDT):

Air Vent with Dial Thermometer (AVDT) assembly consist of Balanced Pressure Thermostatic Air Vent with in-built Screen, air collecting pipe and Bimetallic Dial Thermometer.

Flash vessels are used for separation of flash steam from high pressure condensate thereby generating useful low pressure steam totally free of cost. IndoAnushka make flash vessel is supplied with all standard accessories like safety valve, pressure gauge, Valve, double window sight glass, steam trap and strainer.

Installation :
IndoAnushka make flash vessels come totally assembled and mounted on a skid for a ‘fit it and forget it’ installation.

Vessels are of M.S. construction mounted on a M.S. skid.

DOUBLE WINDOW SIGHT GLASS (DWSG):

Indoanushka double window sight glass, are fabricated type window sight glass for application over a wider range of pressure and temperature. Specially designed anti-torque assembly is used in the view glass housing for longer life of the view glass and preventing any kind of damage during installation and replacement of the view glass.
Sight glass is provided with unique in-built deflectors for better visibility of flow. Most suitable for high temperature and pressure application with GMP compliance.

VIEW SIGHT GLASS (VSG):

Indoanushka 360 deg FULL VIEW SIGHT FLOW INDICATOR comes with a specially designed split bush arrangement. Housed inside a rigidly designed cage, the split bush design enables the glass to remain practically floating without any direct contact with the end flanges. This eliminates all chances of any kind of thrust force on the sight glass due to the pipe stresses and thereby a highly enhanced view glass life. Other special characteristics include all nonmetallic wetted parts and transparent protective shielding of the glass tube from the outside for observation safety.

STR-YBDV:

STR-YBDV is a Y - type Strainer with Stainless Steel screen having 0.8 mm dia. perforations as standard and ball type configuration blow down valve with manual handle or pneumatic actuator for automation provided for online cleaning by self-flushing principle.

STR T-FAB:

STR-T-FAB is a T - type Fabricated Strainer with Stainless Steel screen having perforations as per requirement.
A vertical screen is provided inside the cylindrical strainer screen. This screen is removable type which can be removed and cleaned easily.

STR-TBDV:

STR-TBDV is a T - type Fabricated Strainer with Stainless Steel screen having 0.8 mm dia. perforations as standard and dual ball valve blow down arrangement for online cleaning.
A centrally mounted scrapper is provided inside the cylindrical strainer screen. This screen can be scrapped clean by operating the scrapper from the top handle provided or optionally motor driven and the sediments can then be collected and blowed down by alternatively operating the blowdown valves.

ORIDENT:

The‘O-rident’is a pen-sized instrument with a SS hollow tube type body. A free falling specially researched non ferrous alloyed dead weight with a pin holder is provided inside the body.This instrument is to be placed on the O-ring to be identified as shown.

INJECTOSET:

IndoAnushka“INJECTOSET”is an innovative solution for the injection of gas for blanketing in chemical containers.
The set consists of an injecting valve assembly for injecting the gas to be used for blanketing and a gauge assembly for monitoring the amount of gas injected based on pressure.
The injecting valve is provided with an inbuilt non return valve arrangement for preventing the gas from escaping after blanketing.

BULK DENSITY APPARATUS:

IndoAnushka make B.D.APPARATUS is a simple pneumatically operated apparatus for laboratory use for bulk density measurement.
Designed to cost economical,it is provided with an arrangement to hold two cylindrical beakers of holding capacity upto 1.5 ltr volume each,mounted on a floating plate which is subjected to vibrations.It is provided with timer facility to time the vibrations and a frequency modulating knob to change the intensity of vibration if required.
