Made from premium quality raw materials, we are one of the few leading names to offer Precoat and drum filters are used to treat solutions having traces of insoluble contaminations. They embody a rigid, semi-flexible or flexible screen on which a filter is deposited medium. During the filtration process the filter medium and the filtrated solids form a filter bed, which works as an additional strainer element to collect much finer contaminants. The "bed" medium may filter by adsorption and by mechanical means.

For decolorisation and taste removal the filter medium activated carbon is particularly suitable and special carbons are also highly suitable for the filtration of strongly alkaline solutions. Some of the other common applications for precoat filters are:

• Filtration of liquid sugar and molasses
• Processing and purification of circulating systems for different oils, grinding agents and coolants.
• Clarification of fruit juices in food processing.
• Purifications of herbicides and insecticides.

Ideal for tertiary filtration, municipal and industrial reuse/recovery, product recovery, process water filtration and conventional filter retrofit applications, we also manufacture long lasting disc filters. They provide ultimate solution for water reuse and have convenient efficient cleaning property. Designed for twice the headloss of current generation woven media filters to further reduce backwash frequencies, they are featured with micron rated media as absolute barrier to solids removal. The water flows by gravity into the filter segments from the center drum. Solids are separated from the water by the microscreen cloth mounted on the two sides of the segments. When the screen is clogged, the back-wash cycle is started and solids are back-washed into the collecting trough.

We at Indofab Industries, also offer a complete line of heavy-duty screw and rake classifiers that can be specified with either a single or twin model screw classifier. These classifiers are widely used to separate water and silt and other unwanted fines from sand while dewatering. Available in a wide range of sizes to cover nearly all requirements and specifications, they operate at a slow speed to separate sand and unwanted clay and debris is floated over the adjustable weirs. Our desiegned classifiers are provided with a hydro cyclone grit separator(s) to meet larger flow requirements. Using hydraulic forces (no moving parts), the hydro cyclone separator concentrates the grit and reduces the amount of water that is delivered to the classifier.

Cyclone Seperators: Designed in accordance to international standards, we are one of the few leading names to offer cyclone seperators that are used to remove 99% of free liquids and solids 5 microns and larger. They are also used as slug catchers and inlet separators for plants or for gas well test separators. These are devices that utilize centrifugal forces and low pressure caused by spinning motion to separate materials of differing density, size, and shape. These separators are particularly effective for the removal of solids, such as phaltines and iron sulphides. The liquid holding area can also be enlarged to handle large volumes of liquids and/or slugs.

Cyclone Collectors: These are large funnel shaped sheet metal tubes connected to ducts often used in woodshops, machine shops, manufacturing plants, and powder processing plants. These cyclone collectors are designed to achieve high dust collection efficiencies at low pressure drops. They separate dust from the dusty air stream by using a settling chamber (a large box) in ductwork carrying dusty air. When the dust filled air stream enters the large settling chamber its speed come down considerably owing to the sudden increase in size of its passage.

Agitators: Engineered with modern technology and manufacturing equipment, we also offer Agitators that have a large, center mounted low speed blade. They efficiently pump large volumes of product with little or no shear and are most often used to mix or blend low viscosity products. A variety of configurations are available to meet various process requirements. They have an axial flow blade made of four flat paddles inclined 45 degrees. The blade produces flow parallel to the mixing shaft. They also feature a highly efficient drive specifically engineered for turbine agitator service.

Mixer: Light in weight yet very strong, we offer aluminum bearing housings for continuous, maintenance-free mixer service. A heavy duty sealed ball bearing it absorbs shaft deflection loads and provides extended mixer service. These mixers also offer a high capacity double drive bearing, providing a unique blend of load carrying capacity and smooth, quiet operation.

We also deign premium quality slakers that produce a high strength lime slurry from dry quicklime at a substantial savings. The heart of the slaking process is a torque-operated water valve which automatically maintains paste consistency of the lime being slaked. Featured with manual or automatic Controls for varied control options and having an integrated design system, they require less vertical headroom. They are easy to install and their simple mechanical water control valve maintains paste consistency.

We are also proud to state that we are one of the few leading firms to offer premium quality clarifiers that are widely used in mining and sand washing, STP(sweage treatment plant, ETP (effeluent treatment plant) minning and de-gritting purpose. Featured with long working life and high performance level this systems are actually the true gem of innovative technology. They can be easily installed and require less maintenance.

Empowered with quality management team to supervise the quality of the products, we also manufacture Ribbon Blenders that consist of a U-shaped horizontal trough and a specially fabricated ribbon agitator. Designed for efficient mixing of powders, pastes and liquids in both continuous and batch processing, they are made from carbon steel, all grades of stainless steel, and special alloys. Special finishes available on internal and external surfaces, they also have Fixed or variable speed drives.

A ribbon agitator consists of a set of inner and outer helical agitators. The outer ribbon moves materials in one direction and the inner ribbon moves the materials in the opposite direction. The ribbons rotate at approx. 300 fpm moves materials both radially and laterally to insure thorough blends in short cycle times. Ribbon agitators are used for blends that will be between 40 and 100% of the rated capacity of the blender.

Designed to meet customer's expectation and sustain every climatic condition, we also design and install ETP and STP plants. This model estimates the fate of a chemical present in the influent to a conventional activated sludge plant as it becomes subject to evaporation, biodegradation, sorption to sludges and to loss in the final effluent. This model is useful for establishing the general features of a new or existing chemical's behaviour, in a sewage treatment plant. The plant has an intermittent working mode in terms of hydraulic flow, while the air blower supplying air to the bioreactors is continuously running.

Justifying our position, as one of the leading names to manufacture premium quality products, we also design and install heat exchangers. They are device in which energy is transferred from one fluid to another across a solid surface.

At Indofab Industries, our designed digestors compost (or "digest") organic waste in a machine that limits access to oxygen encouraging the generation of methane and carbon dioxide by microbes in the waste. This digester gas which also comes contaminated with hydrogen sulfide is then burned as fuel to make electricity. These digesters are widely used for sewage sludge at sewage treatment plants and for animal waste on farms

It is actually a wastewater and solids treatment technology and are widely used on a farm. It processes animal waste under anaerobic conditions, yielding methane gas and reducing the volume of solids and treated liquids. The methane can be sold or used to generate electricity on the farm; the solid matter left behind is a valuable soil amendment; and the liquids become an easily applied fertilizer with plant available nutrients and low pathogen levels.

Engineered with modern technology and manufacturing equipment, we also offerspecially designed sectors for disc filters. They are also used in filteration. Giving higher surface area as compared to regular filters, they contain less moisture. They require less maintenance and are easy in operation.
