LAND-

Production facilities are on about 12 acres of prime free hold land centrally located at Indore in the state of Madhya Pradesh. Existing Production facilities are installed on about 7.5 acres and about 4.5 acres of land is available for expansion and forward integration.

PLANT & MACHINERY-

Main Plant consist of

·          Oil fired re-heating pusher type two zone reheating furnace of 25 MT per hour capacity.

·          550 MM Roughing Mill with tilting table on side and drop guide on the other side.

·          Intermediate Mill consisting of 450 MM continuous two stands mill, 400 MM 3 high 3 stands mill, 300 MM three number two stand mill and two 250 MM two stand continuous stands.

·          Finishing Mill of 8 stands no twist Ashlow (U.K.) Block.

·          17 meter long water cooling box

·          Horizontal laying cooler with pinch Roll

·          Pinch Roll Coiler

·          Retarded show and fast cooling system on 45 meter conveyer with axial flow fans.

·          Coil collection system

·          Garret Coiler With drive

AUXILIARY & OTHER EQUIPMENTS-

·          Over head cranes (Two Nos.) in the billet handling yard, one in rolling mill and 2 Nos. in the finishing/despatch yard

·          Fork lifts – 3 Nos.

·          Mobile crane 5 MT capacity

·          Avery Make Weighbridge with electronic printer of 40 MT capacity.

·          Chemical analysis and testing lab with complete wet testing facilities like muffle furnace, carban apparatus, chemical balances, hot oven, water distillation unit, hot plate, glass ware and fume chamber etc. suitable to do the chemical analysis work required to be done in steel unit.

·          Mechanical testing lab with UTM of 40 T capacity, hardness tester, Microscope of Jenevart make, Simple cutting & polishing machine (2Nos.), Belt polisher (1 No)

·          Set of measuring instruments like varnier, calliper micrometer etc.

·          Optical pyrometer 500 degree to 600 degree C.
