| | Metal Bellow Seal (Item Code : 515) Our range of metal bellow seal have shaft diameter of 19 to 100 mm, pressure up to 15 bars and speed up to 25 m/s. These self-cleaning seals have the temperature range of -50 to 350°C. Having non-clogging construction, these products are used to handle extremely corrosive chemicals in high temperature applications in various industries such as petroleum refinery and other related applications.

| Mechanical Pump Seal (Item Code : 507) This single acting, unbalanced mechanical pump seal product is offered in the shaft diameter of 16 to 140 mm, pressure of 15 bar and temperature range 98 to 270 deg. oC. Our 507 star type is inside mounted and has velocity of 26m/s and an axial movement of -0.8mm. The product is dependent on the direction of rotation and has conical springs. The direction of rotation can easily be seen from the driven end of the shaft. We can also offer seal face materials and elastomers for various service applications along with O-ring as the secondary shaft seal. Applications of our product includes :

| | Teflon Bellow Seal (Item Code : 505-A) Our teflon bellow seal is available with us in the shaft diameter of 18 to 100mm, pressure of 10 bar and velocity of 14 m/s. this single acted and outside mounted product, has axial movement of -1mm and temperature range of (-)45 to 50 deg. C. Salient features of the product includes :

- PTFE bellow with replaceable seal ring

| Chemical Process Pump/ Centrifugal Pumps Capacity : 1 to 100M3/hr Head : up to 65mtrs Materials : wide choice of material like, Cl, Cast Steel SS-304/316 Widely used in chemical, Pharmaceutical and Process Industries. Working Principle: A centrifugal pump works on the principle of conversion of the kinetic energy of a flowing fluid [ velocity pressure ] into static pressure. This action is described by Bernoullis principle. The rotation of the pump impeller accelerates the fluid as it passes from the impeller eye [ centre ] and outward through the impeller vanes to the periphery. As the fluid exits the impeller, a proportion of the fluid momentum is then converted to [ static ] pressure. Typically the volute shape of the pump casing , or the diffuser vanes assist in the energy conversion. The energy conversion results in an increased pressure on the downstream side of the pump, causing flow. | | Unbalance Seal We offer straight spring unbalance seal which has axial movement of - 0.5 mm and velocity of 26 m/s. It has a shaft diameter of 16 to 160 mm, pressure of 35 bar and temperature range of (-) 45 to 300 deg. oC. Salient features of the product includes :
