Our extensive assortment of Distribution Boards Enclosure is an indispensible part of the electronics market. Bus bar in an electrical power distribution is referred to thick strips of copper or aluminum that allows conduction of electricity within a switchboard, distribution board, substation, or other electrical apparatus. "Bus bar systems" is about conductors that take the form of a bar or bars of copper conductor where in bars may be exposed or enclosed. This system may be developed with one or more joints to ensure proper length and configuration with one or more take-off points connected to end-use equipment.
Since we understand the fact that the size of the bus bar is important in determining the maximum amount of current that can be safely carried; we therefore manufacture it precisely. Bus bars can have a cross-sectional area of as little as 10 mm² but electrical substations may use metal tubes of 50 mm in diameter (1,000 mm²) or more as busbars.
We manufacture busbars which are typically either flat strips or hollow tubes in accordance to the heat that has to be dissipated more efficiently due to their high surface area to cross-sectional area ratio. Hollow or flat shapes are prevalent in higher current applications as the skin effect makes 50-60 Hz AC bus bars more than about 8 mm (1/3 in) thick inefficient. A hollow section has higher stiffness than a solid rod, which allows a greater span between bus bar supports in outdoor switchyards.

We also fabricate and supply Sheet Metal Ladder Type Tray in accordance to the industry recommended standards. Our ladder-type cable tray are specially designed for cables and similar types, the ladder including one or more pairs of L-shaped side rail members having vertical and horizontal sides, the vertical side having formed therein a protruding spring tab is posed above a socket.
One or more of U-shaped rung members formed at either end with a flange enclosing a U-shaped opening and defining a folded edge terminating is there in at least one tooth. The folded edge having formed therein a slot for engaging the spring tab such that upon insertion of the rung member tooth into the socket on the side-rail, the spring tab is deflected laterally and returns to its position to engage the locking slot in the rung and lock the rung to the side-rail. The locked rung then forms a support platform for the cable in a rigid fashion.
