INDRA DPT 8 F ( Carboxy Methyl Tamarind) Item Code: INDRA-DPT-8F INDRA DPT 8 F thickener (textile printing thickener) is widely recommended and used for printing polyester fabrics with disperse dyes in direct style.It offers following advantages - It passes an international filtration test thru 56 micron stabilized fabric thus ensuring trouble free operation on machine.
- This textile printing thickener offers excellent color value and brilliancy with very good wash off resulting a very soft handle to the fabric especially after H.T. steaming condition.
Specifications: - Chemical character: Carboxy Methyl derivative of TKP
- Appearance: Light beige powder
- Ionic character: Anionic
- PH in aqueous solution: 9 – 11
- Indicative viscosity: 35000-40000 CPS measured on a Brookfield Viscometer RVF Model at 10 RPM OF 6 % Solution at 25 Deg. C.
Standard procedue for Making Paste:
Required amount of powder( normally 2% higher than indicative percent solution) and add very slowly to the 80% of Total volume of water under very high speed stirring. Once quantity of powder is fully added, continue to stirr for 30 minutes.Add at this time remaining 20% water and continue to stirr for another 20 to 30 Minutes. cover it and let it for min 6 to 8 hours. Stirr again for homogenity for 15 Minutes up and down before use. Stability: Storage in a cool and dry place is recommended. In powder form, the product is stable for reasonably long periods as long as the recommended conditions of storage conditions are adhered. INDRA CABL/20 Item Code: Indra-CABL-20 INDRA CABL/20 (Borated Galactomannan Polymer) is produced from high grade Guar Gum raw polymer. It is specially recommended for printing of acrylic and polyamide carpets. It has following outstanding characteristics. It is special thickener tailor made to control the dispersion and hydration characteristics due to it's very high viscosity. It disperses easily in water but hydrates quickly on treatment with an organic acid without forming any Lumps. After complete hydration, it forms a paste having excellent solubility and rheology. Specifications - Constitution: Borated Galactomannan Polymer

- Colour: Creamish to pale-Yellow
- PH Value: 8.0 to 10.0
- Ionic Character: Nonionic
- Indicative Viscosity * : 2,000 to 2,500 cps for 1% paste over Brookfield Viscometer, RVF Model, and Spindle No 5 at 25oC and 20 RPM. Viscosity has to be measured only when the paste pH is adjusted to 5.5 to 6.0 by acetic acid.
Stability: Storage in a cool and dry place is recommended. In powder form, the product is stable for reasonably long periods as long as the recommended conditions of storage conditions are adhered. Storage under humid conditions may lead to deterioration of quality. Caution: To fully or partially hydrated thickener pastes, fresh INDRA-CABL-20 should never be added. | |

INDRA RECATOPRINT 500 Item Code: Indra-Reactoprint-500 INDRA REACTOPRINT 500 is made from superior grade special polymer and is general purpose thickener having excellent solubility and is recommended for printing of woven and knitted fabrics with different dyes, especially for African Prints.The product works very well with Vinyl sulphone Reactive dyes and hence offers a cheaper solution to sodium alginate.The handle is slightly inferior. However the product is not compatible with hot and cold brand of reactive dyes and gells.Hence is not recommended
