Remotely operated Switches is a lifestyle item.
These replaces typical wall switches with remote operating modules. There were 5 modules which we have to achive in single design.
The brief was to redesign the existing membrane type switches and convert it in to durable plastics achiving the modularity. This was a very challenging exercise and the design was constrained around existing parts and positions, which saved the previous investments in moulds.

Patient Warmer is used to maintain body temperature of a patient (of Hypothermia) or during Surgeries.

We mainly worked on the aesthetics & value engineering along with the design for ease of manufacture & assembly (DFMA). We have also been able to eliminate the temperature variation problem that existed in earlier version & improvement in Air filter sealing area.

The new air filter design is unique and user friendly apart from being cost effective.

The product is being marketed in India as well as Europien contries.

Power Source is a customized Ultrasonic power generator used in orthopedic surgery (drills and saw).

We worked on aesthetics and material of construction based non-conventional manufacturing methods to make it light weight and compact. Product handling and ease of assembly was a key factor while designing. The improved graphics on control panel for better user interface.

Digital Read Out (comparator) is used in manufacturing industries over the inspection lines.

The said DRO is used in bearing industry where in the environment is filled up with mist of oil particles and the design challenge was to develop an enclosure which withstand the oil and dust accumulation and still looks clean.

Infusion Pump is used for dosing the saline intake of patient.

State of the art Aesthetics & Ergonomics with peripheral product features such as cable stove & Mounting Bracket. New pinch valve design.

Ease of assembly, Improving the mechanisms for productivity, manufacturability & reliability. Along with value engineering we developed a user friendly user interface keypad graphics.

Tumor Aspirator is a first of its kind in India. The product is used to aspirate the brain tumors with ultrasonic vibration erosion.

The project was challenging over factors such as reduction in overall dimensions, Sourcing & new vendor development for indigenous development. Cost reduction, material selection were the key factors. During this project we have to work with many technical experts and vendors to make it a success. Now this product is world class and ready to explore European market!
