Incepted in the year 1987, Induction Hardening Company is an ISO 9001:2000 certified organization, engaged in providing effective heat treatment service to various industries such as automobile, plastic molding, civil construction, power generation, pharmaceuticals and electrical. Since our inception we have been providing several heat treatment services, normalizing services, hardening services, tempering services, annealing services, iso thermal annealing services, carburizing services, nitriding services, carbonitriding services, nitrocarburizing services, induction hardening services, partial hardening services, induction softening services, induction brazing services in fluidized bed furnace along with the pit type forced air circulation tempering furnace.
In 1997, Shaker Hearth Furnace was introduced to cater the needs of Fastener Industry. With the consistent popularity of heat treatment service for four consecutive years, then introduced 2 Mesh Belt Furnaces to meet the increasing demand to clients. Simultaneously in 2001 and 2005, Pit type Gas Carburizing Furnaces were installed for strengthening the variety of services. These furnaces produce the component which requires carburizing or hardening or both. Further, 4 nos. of Vertical Retort, Forced Air Circulation Tempering Furnace & Continuous Mesh Belt Tempering Furnace were installed. Recently in the year 2009, we have introduced Liquid Nitriding furnace to cater the clients need for the improvement of surface properties.
To maintain the international quality standard in our heat treatment process, we have a quality control management. The management looks after the up gradation and performance of process to ensure quality standard. Keeping in view the constant improvement in our process, the management has developed a laboratory that has the facilities for physical and chemical inspection of heat treatment process.
