About Us

Established in the year 1995, at Faridabad, Haryana, we Industrial Components Mfg. Co.,
are an ISO 9001-2000 certified manufacturers and exporters of a wide range of foam, die cut components, fabrics and adhesive tapes based products used in meeting the packaging requirements of end products. Our range includes foam packings, foam tapes, double sided adhesive tapes, die cuts, nitrile foam open cell, EPDM foam, velvet fabric, PU foam high/low density, PU foam FG grade/easter base, PE foam expanded/expanded FR grade, PE EVA foam/FR grade and PU foam AL foil laminated.

We are a partnership firm having registration as Small Scale Industry (SSI) unit. Under the guidance of our mentor G. S. Bhardwaj, we have recorded positive growth over the years. In addition, we have with us services of experienced workforce, who enable us to successfully fabricate customer specific range.

Further the effective use of available infrastructure comprising of modern facilities like tool designing on CAD also ensures our products exactly meeting the end requirements of our clients.

Quality Assurance

We have with us well established quality checking unit, which helps us to monitor the production procedures right from the procurement of raw material till the final production stage. Some of the activities performed by us to ensure the quality of our range:

Manufacturing system development & control review meetings are conducted once in four weeks.
PDIR and customer complaints review meetings are conducted on weekly basis.
Work under progress to hire a consultant for TS certification.
External inspection is done through approved Govt./Pvt. Laboratories or institutes.

Furthermore, for conducting inspection & testing and assuring the durability and reliability of our range, we have instruments like push pull gauge, density tester, thickness gauge, electric heating oven, profile projector, magnifier.

The entire process of inspection and testing is controlled and carried out strictly as per control plan, in process quality audit sheet and work instructions. We have skilled operators and professionals to monitor the line inspection, patrol inspection and other processes, ensuring flawless range of end products.

Our manufacturing unit is spreading over an area of 2000 sq. mts. where various kinds of machines are installed. Furthermore, we have CAD designing facility in our unit to make available end products as per clients exact specifications.
