This compressor gaskets and compressor oil seal are specially made for the compressor’s purpose to avoid the leakage of air as well as water from the compressor’s air / gas / water jackets. These compressor gaskets and compressor oil seal are particularly made for the continues such as high temperature, continues loaded position etc.

We also supply durable compressor valves, compressor valve plates, finger valve plate, channel and spring, holder guide, spacer plate & center Plate. These plates are used between the outer Heads & cylinder of compressors. The compressor valves are placed on these plates to maintain the air pressure in compressor as well as receiver tank. These compressor valves and plates are very helpful in maintaining the air pressure by supporting the air cycle between valves and galleries. We also offer channel and spring; these find usage in reciprocating type compressors for lubricated / non-lubricated type of unit’s utmost flow and ensure perfect sealing.

 

Holder guide (metallic and non metallic) is machined with OEM tolerance. This will improve the valves’ life. The plate seat has MOC of stainless steel and is heat treated and perfectly micro finished on both side & lapped. Our valve seat, Stop plate & Valve bolts conform to OEM Specifications. The valve plates are appropriately heat treated and Micro finished ascertaining leak proof valve assembly. In addition, spring plates, Finger valve and spacer plates are also heat treated, grounded & engineered to ensure highest operating efficiency against high temperature and pressure of the unit.

Crank Pin Bush:

Popular for its durability and rust resistance, a crank pin bush Our Steel bushing is used in air cooled compressors and is appreciated fir its features of.

 

Proper heat treatment:

• Maintained tolerances with internal/ external grinding and smooth / shining surface
• Internal Surface matches the dimension of crank Pin, with easy hand press sliding and external surface with big end connecting rod to ensure easy assembly.

 

We also offer brass bush (small end bush) aluminum bearing / crank pin bushing that are know as full floating bearing bush and find usage of forged crankshaft for water cooled units. Our aluminum main bearing bush is in one piece having an axial cut and has the capability of carrying redial as well as trust load. Crank pin bush (two halves) is a precision bush that does not require any adjustment. All our bearing bushes are developed from perfect composition with aluminum ingots. These are heat treated and complete machined with groove in center. These are also drilled to make oil film for perfect lubrication & retaining correct oil pressure.

Compressor Piston:

Our compressor pistons are developed using graded cast iron & aluminum alloys along with perfect machining.

Compressor Piston Rod:

Different sizes and models of compressor piston rod & oil scrapper ring are offered by us. Having good tensile strength and following mechanical properties:

Compressor Cross Head:

Our Cross Head used in water cooled units having MOC of individual aluminum alloy casting the cross head, having the following characteristics.

These compressor gland packing seal and oil wiper ring are used to maintain the compressed air / gas pressure up to gland packing areas only. Generally these are placed in gland packing cases installed at piston rods. These are specially made of high quality material for continues running in high temperature conditions also the oil wiper ring are used to maintain the oil pressure up to its extent only. These rings are specially designed to stop the oil in limited areas helping the production of 100 % non lubricated compressed air.
