We are now known as industrial punches rabourdin pvt. Ltd. One of the benefits of the joint venture is that we now supply most of our customers ex-stock.
Iprl caters to the needs of almost all discerning industries manufacturing press tools, pcbs, die castings, moulded components, plastic components, automobile components, music systems, tvs and such other similar items. iprl piercing punches are produced from high quality high speed steel (hss), whereas ejector pins are produced from high quality hot die steel (hds) and silver steel. iprl products undergo heat treatment process under the expert supervision of personnel with proven expertise. This is a vital process leading to the high quality of our products. Our punches are hardened and tempered to maintain the head hardness at 40-50 hrc and shank hardness at 62-66 hrc.
