We manufacture silicon cable made from coated tinned copper conductor. The cables are coated with special cable grade silicon rubber and cured in C.V. or valcanizer. Our multi core cable is also available with fiber glass and stainless steel braiding in different sizes from 0.5mm Sq to 300mm Sq. Silicon rubber being soft materials is provided with fibre glass braiding for mechanical strength. It is very soft and pliable over small radius. We manufacture PTFE teflon cables in compliance to the requirements of Indian Defense Standard JSS 54802 (LCSO approved). Process like tape wrapping and sintering process are used to manufacture sleeves with colors like black, brown, red, orange, yellow, green, blue, violet, grey, white, pink, natural and with several colour combinations. PTFE electrical sleevings can withstand operating temperature from -650C to 2600C. The sleevings are resistant to flame, hydraulic fluids, chemicals, aircraft & rocket fuel and can wok even at elevated temperatures. PTFE insulation is most suitable, which has stable dielectric properties up to 2500C. Some standard sizes having specially formulated PTFE with corona resistant features shows excellent results at high voltage.

Compensating cables manufactured by us are indispensable for precise temperature measurement at remote measurement points, they serve as extension leads from the thermocouple sensor to the measuring instrument. We use high quality metallic materials having similar thermoelectric properties as the thermocouple in use to manufacture compensating cables. The extension wires are made with similar material as of thermocouple element and cheap alloys of different combinations having milli-volts (e.m.f.) matched as closely as possible to the thermocouple at ambient temperatures to thermocouple are compensating wires. We supply insulation and sheeting to meet the various applications, there is a choice of PVC, asbestos, silicon, fibre-glass, PTFE having screen of stainless steel, tinned plated, copper wire or silver plated copper wire.
