Painting And Drying Chamber

The painting chamber is a closed room where painting and drying manocurves are done, it is composed of, Perimetric Walls, Frontal Walls, Lighting System, Ceiling and Basement.

Perimetrical Walls : The perimetrical walls are used to insulate the painting and drying chambers, both in terms of heat and noise preventing of course the dispersion of paint drops and solvent fumes in the surrounding environment.

• Lateral walls are composed of 40mm thick modular type panels with groove and tongue joint systems, equipped with rubber seals. The Thermic insulation of the painting chamber is guaranteed by a polyurethane layer inside the panels.
• Back walls are composed by the same panel as the above mentioned lateral walls.
  
• Back covers and holds the upper parts of the rear panels and lungs.
  
• Back corners are used for connecting lateral and back panels.
  

Frontal Walls : The spray booth frontal consist of:

Frontal wall which covers and holds lungs and the upper part of frontal side.

Service door for the entrance-exit of the operator equipped with a click opening mechanism.

Lateral pads are the panels upon which the doors are hinged.

Tabular frame is the bearing structure for the frontal walls.

Lighting System

Internally the chambers is illuminated by eight lamp frames fixed to the upper part of the lateral panels having a 40 degree inclination angle as respects to the floor which guarantees better lighting.

The lamp frames are constructed in varnished light holders, each one with two 36 W neons. The neons are isolated from the painting area by the sheets of glass used for windows of the front doors.

Ceiling

The ceiling acts as a roof for the painting and drying chamber but also as a filter of support for incoming air it is composed of:

Light frames contain neons for the spray booth and is a support for the ceiling.

Trusses are fixed to the glass frame and are used to support the frames for filter holders.

Lungs are assembled on the upper part of the trusses and are used to regulate the flow of air.

Roof is made of galvanized metal plates and used to cover the spray booth.

Iron sheets are prepainted and used to cover the lateral upper side of the spray booth.

Bilanmatic's flexibility allows any type of inspection. From simply one bench like brake tester or suspension tester to the security inspection which includes, suspension, side slip and turn angles testing, and even to in depth inspection by adding front toe, engine analyzer speedometer, and so on.

Bilanmatic from Muller Bem centralizes all measurements made for the vehicles (side slip , Suspension, brake ,turn angle , etc. ) and compares them with the standard specifications , it can then : Either print on a specially designed from the results with the informations contained in the vehicles ownership documents and the comments. good , average or poor or transmit such information to the station management computer for editing and or memorizing and /or computing of statistic in addition to invoicing , accounting and other management functions. Bilanmatic is extremely simple and flexible to use, thanks to the constant dialogue with the colour VDU screen through the exclusive RCB which identifies the vehicle during all the tests procedures whether or not the predeterminated sequence is followed. The Operators drive from one bench to the other and never have to leave the vehicle even during the recording of measurements. each operator selects from the screen "MENU" a programm and then follows the sequence unless the decides to do otherwise which is always possible.


Bilanmatic is modular and could include the following:

One or several benches of every type (Brake tester , suspension tester , side slip tester.....), and 3 other units.

One or several infra-red Remote Control Boxes (RCB).

One central processing unit interconnected to colour VDU screens and to benches.

One main keyboard desk.

One Printer.

When a vehicle arrives in a station equipped with Bilanmatic , an operator grants it once RCB selected among those available and through the main keyboard informs the central unit identifying the RCB with the vehicles : make model , type registration , ownership documents , etc. The RCB will then correspond to one precise vehicle and one only all along the inspection.

Then with the help of this RCB , the operator can do all the required tests driving from on bench to the other according to a preprogrammed schedule or according to the situation in the center. For each test , a Colour VDU Screen will Offer a Selection of Coded operations which can be selected by pressings the corresponding key on the RCB and by doing so other operator not only starts the testing sequence but also informs the central unit that such test is for such vehicles.
