● Corogard is a two component Polyurethane based protective coating system with a unique organometallic ingredient. It is specially designed to protect a wide range of substrates from grease, acids, alkalis, coolants and other chemicals.
● Corogard's excellent adhesion and unmatched scratch and corrosion resistance makes it ideally suited for protecting machinery and equipment in chemical, plastic, textile, cement and marine industries. It also protects steel reinforcement rods, metal pipes and tubes and aluminium extrusions.
● Environmental pollution due to nitrates and sulphates from vehicular emission has a highly corrosive effect on steel and concrete structures. This is further compounded by sodium chloride in the air especially in coastal regions. Corogard can effectively guard against such factors and prevent premature collapse of RCC structures such as buildings, flyovers, bridges, water tanks, etc. q
Ezefil crack/joint filling compound is a solvent free two component polyurethane reactive system. This material sets to give a highly elastic, non - cracking mass which can be used very effectively to fill and seal joints and cracks in all types of constructions.
USES:
Ezefil can be used to fill expansion joints, cracks & joints in high traffic floors, bathrooms, cement/metal roofing sheets, slabs, external walls and frames of doors & windows.
Wallgard coatings, when applied over walls and wooden structures (either clear or pigmented ), form an elastic, abrasion resistant, anti fungal protective film that eliminates water seepage. If required, decorative paints (solvent based or water based emulsions) can also be applied over them. They increase the life of the plastered/wooden surfaces, and do not allow paint to peel off. Their special formulation and inherent properties of the material retards growth of fungus and thereby reduces the frequency of re-painting considerably.
Ezeflor (EP) epoxy flooring systems are exceptionally hard wearing floor toppings with outstanding adhesion, chemical resistance, compressive and flexural strength. They provide a long lasting, non-dusting, seamless surface which is easy to clean and maintain.
Ezeflor (EP) levels out holes and imperfections in the base floor which facilitates movements of forklifts, pallet trucks and trolleys and also prevents further deterioration of the substrate.
Ezecast casting systems are two component systems which can, be used to produce high quality Polyurethane elastomers with shore hardness ranging from 30A to 98A These systems can be processed manually or by two component casting machines. Large and complex parts can be cast without any difficulties using Ezecast systems.
Ezecast elastomers are two component, room temperature cured, solvent free reactive polyurethane systems. This material sets to give a highly elastic, non cracking, non-shrinking mass which can be used very effectively to protect a wide range of substrates used in conditions requiring high abrasion resistance and high impact resistance. Ezecast 113 and 213 form a putty whereas Ezecast 114 and 214 form a pourable / brushable mixture which is ideal for repairing damaged rubber components as well as protecting metal equipment from abrasion, impact and corrosion. Ezecast elastomers have excellent resistance to water, oil and grease coupled with excellent weather resistance. They can also be used for electrical insulation applications.
Ezecoat is a two component, high solids, Polyurethane coating system which provides touch, elastic, skid resistant, durable, heat insulating, abrasion resistant, waterproofing protection. It forms a thick, seamless and long lasting film and eliminates water seepage from all kinds of surfaces.
