Forced Draft Coolers We offer superior quality forced draft coolers, which is generally used for cooling the gas at elevated temperature before passing through the bag filter or any other dust collector where high temperature gas is not recommended. In this coolers the hot gas is passed over the capsules and cold ambient air is passed through the capsules with the help of series of axial flow fans. The advantage of having axial flow fans is that whenever required, desired, couple of fans can be shut off as required thereby saving energy. The another advantage of this type of cooler is the hot air, which comes out of the cooler, can be utilized elsewhere in the manufacturing process. |

Industrial Venturi Scrubbers Our range of industrial venturi scrubbers are widely used in metallurgical industries. These scrubbers are simple and compact in design and comes with easy operation. It is a well-known method for removing fine dust particles from industrial air streams. Our industrial venturi scrubbers effectively remove fine particles from volatile, hazardous or corrosive gas streams, or gas streams containing solid materials that are difficult to handle. Venturi scrubbers offered by us collect both coarse as well as fine particulate, including particulate that is sticky or high in moisture. Packed Bed Type Scrubbers Our range of packed bed type scrubbers are used for removal of gas, vapors, chemical mist etc. It is a cylindrical tower packed with ceramic saddles or any-other suitable packing materials for particular application and provided with a water spraying arrangement. These can be supplied in various sizes with gas velocities ranging from 0.5m/sec. to 2m/sec and pressure drop between 50mmwg and 75mmwg. |

Centrifugal Fans Our wide range of centrifugal fans are available with various designs of impellers like backward curved, straight radial bladed, aero foil, backward inclined etc. These are suitable for supply and exhaust of air, gas, tune, dust and for material handling in various industrial processes. Our range of centrifugal fans are available in various capacities ranging from 1000 m³/hr. to 150000 m³/hr at a pressure of 1500mmwg and temperature up to 400-Degree Centigrade. Axial Flow Fans We present wide range of axial flow fans that are suitable for ventilation exhaust systems in plants, workshops warehouse, office building, tunnel, withering trough in tea garden etc. Our range of fans are available with highly efficient blades and in variety of materials like aluminum or mild steel that helps in keeping the temperature at required level. These are of aero foil section made of cast aluminium alloy impeller. These fans can handle air quantity of 1,80,000 m³/hr. at a maximum pressure at 300 mm wg with guide vanes.

Dry Cyclones Dry cyclones offered by us are suitable for collection of dry, granular, short fibrous dust and chips from air of gas stream. Our dry cyclones are highly effective in collection of the dust that have higher size of particulate matters. Generally our dry cyclones are used as a pre collector to avoid damage to the main dust collector equipment viz. bag filter or electrostatic precipitators. These can also be used in parallel to handle large quantities of dust-laden air volumes. Available in simple design and rugged steel construct, they are almost maintenance free. The capacity of our dry cyclones range from 1000m³/hr. to 50000 m³/hr. |

Wet Cyclones Wet cyclones offered by us are similar to dry cyclone except that an arrangement of water spraying on the inside of wall has been provided. The majority of dust particles reaches the film of water and is captured by it. At the inlet, the water film is disintegrated thus giving rise to a mist of water with dust settling on the droplets thus produced. Water containing dust particles tickle down the casting wall collecting in a setting tank through "U" seal fitted at the bottom of the wet cyclone. These are widely used where moderately coarser dust are generated and for chemical fume extraction system. |

Bag Filters We offer high quality pulse jet type bag filters, which provide an economic mode of dust collection for various process operation. These are simple in design with no internal moving parts. They offer trouble free-operation with compressed air jet cleaning. Their method of cleaning operation permits operation at higher filter rates resulting in compact unit occupying less floor space. Electrostatic Precipitators Our range of electrostatic precipitators is an apparatus, which is used for separations of dust in an electrostatic field and are widely used for the collection of dust particles and mist of any size. In these apparatus the dust laden gas is passed through a high voltage electric field which causes the gas to ionize. The ions obtained, settle on dust particles and charge them. As they pass through an electric field, the charged particles are attracted to the electrodes, which form the electric field. It is provided with superior filter for dust laden flue gases and operates with a minimum pressure drop along the equipment. |

Air Washer Unit We offer superior quality air washer, which in general serves two purpose, to clean the air and to adjust its humidity. The water is most important component of washes and they are therefore usually included only in installation where humidity control is important. At the intake of washer is bank of sprays, which produce a fine mist that completely fills washer chamber so that air passing through it becomes almost saturated with moisture and the dust particles form nuclei for drops of moisture. These are mainly used in textile mills, jute mills, tea gardens and to control the inside temperature where generation of much heat is not desired viz. motor control centers etc. These can be designed for wide range of capacities. |
