It is spread over an area of 41000 square feet with installed capacity of 100 Lakh units that helps us in executing our business with ease and comfort. Further, our infrastructure also incorporates a quality testing facility that allows us to check our products on various quality parameters.

Raw Materials:

We have established strong, reliable and open relationship with various vendors who not only help us in various operations such as Wire drawing, plating, cold forging and bending but also provide us high-grade raw EN1A (Leaded), Mild steel, Copper, Brass and CRCA Sheets etc. The procured raw material is of superior quality and ensures maximum quality to our finished product and components.

We have established a modern manufacturing unit that helps us in developing our Precision Turned Components and Pressed sheet metal items with Innovative technology. Our manufacturing unit is spread over an area of 41000 Square Feets with installed capacity of 100 Lakh units. Further, our infrastructure facility also incorporates an in-house design and development unit that helps us in finalizing our products and components as per the specifications given by our clients. Our manufacturing unit is located at Satpur MIDC, adjoining to Ceat Tyres with built up area of 6000 square feet in Nashik, Maharashtra.
