About Us

we are a bangalore based organization. We have a collective experience of over 100 man years in hr. When we started operations in 1998, the market was clearly divided into two kinds of players ¿ the ones that added qualitative value to their clients and the ones that kept giving clients hundreds of resumes within minutes.

when we set out therefore, we were very clear that our business ethos would be dictated by not what would give us the quickest billing, but what would make a difference to the customer. We were trying to answer the question ¿ in a market where there are recruitment consultants virtually in every street, why would a client want to work with us ?

when we figured out the answer, it was quite simple really! And that has been the backbone of our success.

we simply did not think like a consultant. We thought like our customer, and what we would like from our hr consultant firm. The answer was simple. We would like our hr consultant to be mindful of our culture when sourcing candidates, be mindful of our positioning in the market, be mindful of our strengths and weaknesses, be mindful of our constraints and most of all be mindful that we want a consultant to reduce the workload, not to add to it.

so, our approach has been exactly that. So every time our customer gives us a recruitment need, we look at it from their angle.
